Their service is horrendous. Here I am, so hungry I can eat a horse. Had I not eaten for 7 hours; I begin to feel my stomach reverberate with cries of hunger. I walk into the store and place my order. Steak and cheese sandwich with bacon. Sounds simple right? After 20 minutes waiting, I was hoping the excessive time they took was the extra love they were putting on the sandwich! unfortunately when I received my order it was everything but lovely. Cold steak, vary little and old tasting cheese NO bacon! I asked if they can put the missing bacon but nope, instead the man behind the register wanted to ring me up again. At this point I had to settle for some fugazi steak and dried up cheese that resembled foot fungus. I was vary disappointed with they're work ethic , not to mention they're sanitation. The dad is just plain rude! I’ve been ordering from them literally for years. I’ve dealt with the son many of times who obviously is aware how “good customer service” is very important but it’s clear his dad doesn’t care about it at all. This man literally yelled at me on the phone and accused me of trying to steal “wings.” & Just so that I’m clear I made a order for delivery for dry rub wings and wet wings came! He asked me with an EXTREMELY nasty attitude to give the old wings back! What kind of establishment takes food back in this climate? Even if it was going to get thrown away it’s just the audacity to even ask for food that enter someone else’s home back!!! Yuck! I would have just settled for new wings but his disgusting approach to the situation made me get in my car and bring my $21 order (tipped the driver $4 on top of that) back and get a refund!

Bought slices there for 6 years with my worker and then recently brought home a meatball parm with no cheese. I put mozz on from my fridge and never said anything. A month ago i picked up an order for my 2 roommates and myself. I had to go over order 3 times until i knew he had it right. When i got home, The meatball parm extra meatball had no cheese again and no extra meatball! The worst part was when i went back to place a $50 order i told the girl what had happened and that i wanted a free meatball parm, she called her manager (who wasn't there) and just said he wants a free sub and smirked at me as if i was there to scam them. I grew up here. This is my hometown. I cannot remember a time ever being treated so poorly in a food establishment except for Curleys Dinner and they lost my business for more...
