The last time I was here (2/15) there was a customer screaming at the employees. He had received a bun instead of a bagel on his sandwich and was yelling about a refund (even though he already ate the sandwich). It was a clear bid for him to get a free sandwich or something on the house. The employees working there de-escalated the situation quickly and professionally, especially considering how this grown adult was screaming like a four year old. This man was so awful to them and yet they persevered and were very kind to me, the next in line. The managers / owners should be very proud of their team. The employees here are always kind and courteous. Their food and coffee is better than both Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks. DO NOT be jerks to these workers- they do not deserve it. Just because they are working in customer service does not make them your personal maids/therapist/punching bag for the day. Have some morality and decency and just be kind to the employees. If you have ever acted like that man did, you should be ashamed...
Read moreAfter my daily trips for tea, coffee, and cups of ice, one would think that the level of respect and empathy for such a patron would be much different from that of which I experienced... after I worked out I went for my ice, which was partially melted, I noticed multiple brown spectacles floating around my cup... When I made my way back for my second round of tea and ice. I explained to the sales rep my experience along with the evidence. Her (Lucia) facial expression immediately shifted... Her body language tensed up and explained that it wasn’t her fault that it happened. The gentleman who originally served me came over and just walked away once he saw the interaction. I just wanted confirmation that this was not anything harmful. I still proceeded to get my tea and replacement ice and she charged me for the ice and proceeded to say it’s not her fault. NO COMPASSION. I don’t care how far I have to drive; I will not patronize a business who employ people who don’t understand the importance of...
Read moreThey need to retrain drive through with customer service skills. The worst attitude and experience ever. Placed a full order and I said to my daughter I don’t feel like they got my order correct. And I was correct, when the lady came back to the window I gave her my card she passed me my drinks and my card with receipt and I looked it was something was missing. I stated to the associate hey I ordered doughnuts holes for my toddler. She asked me how many I said 5 and she closed the window, I’m under the impression she’s getting them because that was the main reason for my trip was for my toddler to get a treat. She came back to the window asked me if I was waiting for something else, and I’m like yeah the 5 doughnut holes I asked you for. Lady says to me I don’t pay, ma’am my card is in my hand you never reached for it, and you never got the doughnuts. Like she was rude for getting my order wrong. This is ridiculous and it wasn’t...
