LCC Computers — Attraction in Staunton

My 15 year old son tried installing cooling fans on in his PC for the first time. He ended up bending some pins on the cpu which made his PC unable to power on and we also thought he could've plugged a part in incorrectly as well. He called several computer repair shops and settled on this company. My son chose this company because of the professionalism and friendliness of the young man that took his call. When we brought the PC in, we were greeted with smiles from both gentlemen behind the counter. One of whom was the young man that took my son's call. Our experience with this company and those two men were awesome. I loved seeing them interact with my son in trying to figure out what the issue might be and the steps that would be taken for different issues they may encounter. We dropped the computer off and was called the next morning confirming what we thought. Bent pins on the cpu. They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and expedient. After making several trips from Waynesboro on several different days for a laptop PC that kept randomly shutting down and restarting, owner Mark Bales contacted me to get further details on my unresolved problem. He immediately took the time to remote in and try to resolve the problem. After quite some time without a resolution he drove to my house to deliver and install a wireless adapter, waited on me to test several programs to make sure the problem was resolved and it now seems to be. Although it took awhile to get there, this was truly a great effort at “making it right.” I am very grateful that Mark showed immediate concern for my problem. Let me say this... If I have any more computer issues...this is my FIRST STOP!!. Prices are affordable. If you asked the expected return of your equipment... The answer is honest and exactly what he says.
