I NEVER leave bad reviews when something happens but this one is wild. I go there to get shrimp hibachi. 3 shrimps in, I started to taste MOLD. That is the best way I can describe the taste. Whether it was mold or not. I go back in line and explain and kindly ask for my money back. I wasn't mad. Just wanted my money back. The lady tells me "Next time make sure you ask for it to be cooked all the way and to make it crispy." She was blaming ME for being served moldy tasting shrimp and told me to make sure I ask next time to have it cooked right. And told me "I'll give you your money back....this time." I was just too shocked and just said "Okay .Thank you." Never got a "We're sorry." Maybe she thought I was just trying to get free food I don't know but there was no sympathy. This happened to me last year with them with their chicken but I was dumb and told myself to give them another chance. Never going here again. Be careful when eating here.
