We ordered from the website for the first time. What a disappointment, but here’s the problem the worker behind the menu. We told her we had an online order instantly she barked we don’t have any DoorDash order. Me being in customer service and not liking how I was spoken too. I corrected her and repeated it was an ONLINE ORDER. She said our website is down. It worked fine to charge my card. I asked if there was anyone who could help us through this. Before I could finish my ? She said no. At this point my tone changed. I was over her tone so I asked to speak to a manager. Again quickly don’t have one here. Keep in mind it’s almost midnight I worked a long day while mourning a loss. Taco Bell is my go to place since I can remember has been my favorite. This employee was so rude and no compassion. This person could have actually cared enough for anything to assist a human being, she choose to be rude. Instead of trying to assist us she asked us to drive back around to the back of the line. In order to assist the other customer BUT I HAD ALREADY PAID. I got online double checked everything including the location. Everything was right, I had been charged, and treated awful. Things happen I know that and I typically go with the flow until someone is rude or disrespectful for no reason. She was aware of her behavior as well because when we drove by her she turned her head away .So Staunton Taco Bell. The drive thru worker with long dark hair maybe glasses. RUDE! as much as I love Taco Bell I will drive to another town if I have too, but unfortunately this employee had that much of an impact. Monday night 9/20/21 almost midnight drive through. Please educate her. Those simple tacos were the first thing I wouldn’t have eaten that day due to losing a dear friend. All my people know Taco Bell is the way to fix many of my issues ;), but this employee. This one person who couldn’t just be nice should be reconsidered to work with your paying customers Treat people the way you’d want...
Read moreIf you go into a restaurant and the place is empty, then turn around and leave, my dad always said because it's a red flag. We should have. We stood at the counter 10 minutes before ANBODY acknowledgedmy husband and I. Normally, that would make us mad enough to walk out, but I really wanted Taco Bell. I had my heart set on it all week. I had been talking about it all work week. Friday evenings, my husband and I pick a random place to go out to eat either sit down or fast food, depending on our budget. Well, a lady finally popped, just her head, around the corner and said they were short handed and have to use the kiosk. My husband got angry and stormed out. I stayed behind because i really wanted some burritos and tried to figure the kiosk out and did. Pretty easy, I guess. No customers came in. Place empty. If you give no customer service, nobody will come. Trust me. Because we won't be back. Smiles matter. Friendly service matters. I get that YOU THINK THIS SAVES MONEY BUT DOES IT REALLY? Maybe I'm not seeing the behind the scenes Uber eats, etc? But I didn't see those cooks back there hustling and sweating like I used to back in the day. Drive thru was dead. It was early Friday evening.
I got to the car. My husband was angry at me for getting the order. It made the evening horrible because he said I should not have supported your establishment with no customer service and he's right. By the way, the burrito, were horrible. I ordered two different burritos. I ordered a steak and pepper and cheese burrito of some sort and for some reason it didn't taste anything of the sort. It tasted completely like mushy beans and shell. The other one tasted the same.
I was so unsatisfied.
So thanks, Taco Bell for a unsatisfactory and horrible date night.
THIS PLACE WILL BE SHUT DOWN NEXT IN STAUNTON, PROBABLY.
THUMBS DOWN. O...
Read moreI ate a late dinner here October 10th with my husband, we went through the drive-thru. The entire experience was terrible. Drive-thru took forever to get through and to top it off we were watching a female employee sitting in the grass outside smoking leisurely as she watched the huge drive-thru line. London (heavy set woman with glasses and blue streaks in her hair) took our order and served us at the window. She asked if we wanted any sauces, when I answered and asked for "mild please" she made a point of rolling her eyes at me. When she gave us our drinks, they were both overfilled and leaked all over us and the car. Then when she handed us the food bag she ignored me but told my hubby she hoped he had a good night and winked. Husband said she acts like total wierdo when he picks up food here alone. We left and then realised there are no forks and no napkins in our bag. We went back and pulled up in a parking space to run in and get napkins/forks versus going through the drive-thru again. At this point my husband and I can both see a taco bell employee standing inside the store picking her nose. Grossed both of us out. Tacobell needs to address these issues with their employees. Employees need to demonstrate hygenic behavior, actually do their job, and most importantly act professional with customers NOT take a personal...
