Sterling Center Shopping Center — Attraction in Sterling Heights

An apartment complex is going up in the middle of the parking lot. That's really weird, and construction items are making the parking lot very rough. Imagine when they are done and all of the parking spots are being used by tenants. That will make parking a struggle and the confusion and busy traffic flow will be impossible to tolerate. Looks like a new Americas Best location for us and a LOT more traffic...

Decent shopping center as any other standard shopping center. Even a good selection of stores. My church is within the property bounds so have to drive through the center - and this is where a couple of stars had to be deducted: the parking lot is Horrible. Outdated. Faded lines. Many holes....
