Sterling Theater — Attraction in Sterling

I took 9 of my littles and 2 of the moms tonight to see minecraft... What a great experience!! Let me start with the price...where else can you buy 12 movie tickets for under $90..12 !!!!!! 2nd, i knew there was a chance it would be sold out and these kids were so excited for this movie i didn't want them to miss out so i got online to purchase tickets in advance. When we got there (as expected) it was already packed but they were so organized. Someone was waiting in front to make sure people who prepaid didn't stand in line for no reason and so friendly. Customer service from the minute we got there was awesome ( way to go young adults). With so many we didn't get the recliners but the other seats we great!!!! So comfy ..it was a sold out movie and they were very organized, friendly and for as many people, pretty quickly with wait time. Horrible experience. The door to the theater room remained wide open due to the fact that there was an issue with the door. The concessions are right outside and the noise of the popcorn and soda machine were filtering in to the room along with the crowd noise. When I asked to speak with the manager he stated that there was no issue with the door and the noise was going to get into the room either way because the building was old. Great experience of a classic theatre. The prices are very reasonable, the staff is always very friendly and they serve beer, wine, and food. They even bring it right to your seats which are much more spacious than the nasty theater down the road. And they also have a stage set up with restaurant style tables and chairs! It adds to the already unique experience! And did I mention they do not charge u for every bucket and drink fill up like the nasty piece of crap by menards. Like I said...
