About a month and a half ago I went through the drive thru and ordered my son and I some chicken quesadillas. I got all the way home and realized we had no chicken on our quesadilla. I didn’t call and that’s on me for not holding them accountable that evening. I anticipated that my next experience would be a good one. Two weeks ago I called my son while I was on break and asked him what he wanted me to bring him for lunch. I was gonna get him drive thru. He chose Taco Bell. Same thing, I get home and no chicken. My son was like “mom call them and tell them they messed it up again”. Mind you we didn’t eat these meals that were messed up. A chicken quesadilla is sauce and cheese without the chicken and more sauce than cheese. Eww. I talked to Alex a manager on the phone and he said no problem the next time you come through we will fix it. Tonight I went through the drive thru but didn’t mention Alex’s name due to being alone tonight and wanting to make sure my meal and my son’s meal was “fixed” with the prior encounter. So I pull up and I wait a good 5 mins, when the car in front of me goes to the window to pay and I pull up to the speaker. At the speaker I’m asked to wait, fine no biggie. I wait. The car who was in front of me gets their food about 5 mins into me waiting at the speaker and after they pulled away they finally take my order. I don’t know who the lady was who took my order tonight and I don’t know what type of personal things she has going on but she should have been at home resting, meditating, or putting her feet in some grass. I had to repeat myself multiple times and she repeated after me each time. I asked for some cheese rolls, a chicken quesadilla with extra cheese and chicken and a Baja blast. I sat there and waited for another 5 mins for my food and was anticipating leaving, I worked all day had baseball game for my son. I get my food and I look into my bag, I got my quesadilla but half my order was missing. Lady who was at the window/over speaker says she’s going to have it made. 5 mins into that wait I decide to look at my quesadilla and it didn’t have the extra things I was charged for. I brought it to her attention when she came to the window 5 mins later with the other half of my order. Asked her if I could be reimbursed for my meal, she insisted I come inside and talk about my food meanwhile she’s aware that I have my dog with me. I am not leaving my dog in my car to fix a meal I just waited 30 mins for in a drive thru when the food delivered was BELOW mediocre. Like I want to go home and cry and forget about this encounter. I paid $20 for a quesadilla a few cheese rolls and a Baja blast for it to be completely far from what I’m paying for and I waited 30 mins to get it? At that point I should have went out to my favorite restaurant and paid a more wholesome experience. I was upset and I almost cried, guys I almost crashed out over some Taco Bell and that’s just not who I am. So I have decided I will be going to Dixon Taco Bell from here on out. My time, money, and business is worth far much more. This was supposed to be an easy meal for a tired mom. Taco Bell in Sterling is not what it used to be. I will not be setting Taco Bell in the...
Read moreWent in on 9/17/24 at approximately 2:45 pm. When my boyfriend and I walked in there were 2 people ahead of us in line. No problems until employees refused to acknowledge that any of us were even in there. There was a male employee that made eye contact with us and just kept on walking. Not a word. No "hey sorry we'll be with you in just a minute" just silence. Then there was a blonde female behind the line that made eye contact with me twice and again no one is coming to take anyone's order. Meanwhile cars are going through the drive through like no one's business. My boyfriend finally went up after we watched a 4th car go by the window. "Excuse me can we get someone to take our orders please?" With no acknowledgement from the staff at all, might as well have asked the wall to take our orders. Then a employee walked in I'm guessing just starting her shift and she asks if we've been helped. No we haven't none of us have. So finally we get orders taken. And when we finally get our food and the nacho fries were STONE COLD, skipped out on sour cream on a burrito, and skipped the avocado salsa that are $0.20 extra to add. Also they exclusively made my boyfriends half of the order wrong. Im guessing because he was the one that said something. I guess we learned the lesson of don't bite the hand that makes your food. But at the same time there wouldn't have been an issue if ONE staff member would've taken 5 minutes to take orders which is dare I say part of their job. Coming from someone that works at a subway with a drive through, your customers inside are just as important as the ones outside. I still like this taco bell as a franchise hoping for more respectful and people conscious staff in the future. Also don't punish customers for asking you to do something that is apart...
Read moreI am not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I am incredibly displeased with the service I received at this establishment. I understand how busy things can get and how difficult customers can be, but when I am trying to simply ask for my order and all I am told is it’s not in the system and that they will try to find it and 25/30 minutes go by with zero communication, it gets difficult to remain patient. I was in the establishment for nearly an hour without receiving my products and once I did, the fries weren’t even halfway full. After waiting that long, you would expect them to at least fulfill the order. I understand again that things happen but giving me less items than I paid for along with little to no communication is unacceptable. Also watching another customer throw things around but he was being talked to more than my party about his order and then one associate trying to drag us into it by asking if he threw anything was extremely unprofessional and made me as a customer...
