Awful Experience(s). Today I went in for dinner. The waitress was not friendly at all. Demanded to know what we were ordering. Never smiled. Brought us our drinks. Had to ask her for a straw. Got the straws thrown at us.

I had told the lady if she could keep the food back there considering that I decided to invite my friends with me. She didn't even bother listening to me. Brought my food out. I let it sit there for about 10 minutes. I'm ok with that as it's my fault.

I always order water because I'm trying to be a little healthier. Well this time around, I decided to order a Pepsi. Previous times I was told free refills on soft drinks. Previous times I've had up to three refills. This time, I asked for a refill because I didn't want my friends to feel rushed as I had already completed my food. Well the waitress told me that only one refill per customer and that I would have to pay for a third refill. I said no.

If this was on the menu I would have never asked. Anyhow, when I went up to pay, I asked the cashier if there was a limit on Pepsi. She said not that she was aware of. Ask I'm trying to express my frustration she has the nerve to interrupt me and ask me how I would be paying. A lady, assuming its a Supv., came to the counter to assist. I advised what was going on and she interrupted me and said there are to be no refills. Refills are a courtesy. I would have accepted this gladly but her tone the way she said it was just full of arrogance.

I told her, I have been here for the past three days and no one has ever told me. The previous week I went in two days and wasn't told that either. What they didn't know is that my friend had gone with me to test the food as I was considering to have my wedding reception there but after this i'm never gng again. I'm not even gng to give them a star.

I understand the whole refill policy and as a business owner I know it helps financially. What I don't understand is the arrogant tone. I have to put a star or else it wont let me publish but...

Flipen awesome food , great price , great staff. Im stuffed.. i will return.. easy parking.

I cant find a spot to put a new review so im going to do it here with the other one. My friend and i decided to go out and eat mexican food. Well it was pack and not much parking to start from. We findly luck uot someone leaves up front. We get in place pack the sign says seat your self. So we find a both cause we need padding area but thable was dirty . My friend waited 10 minutes before i ask the bartender we need a table cleaned and she said it clean . I said no it not go and look. Please we need our table cleen. She grab a dirty towel that been sitting around and then put it back on the counter . She said see she there she can clean it . Well we were ignored again. I ask my friend if he still want to eat here he said yes. Well the lady clean the table off with a dirty towel left the other half dirty .. we oredered quickly and food was there in a juffy. I had ask for some napkins and she brought some. Well we are messie eaters. And so i ask for more napkins. She picks up the napkins that the tortillas was in and said here napkins. She didnt get me any more napkins at all. That i felt was wrong. . I know they were packed but tonight there help sucked....

So much potential but really a disappointing experience. We used to love coming here but it’s really deteriorating. Service was average maybe even a little unfriendly. Food was bland, though my mom says she loves the rice, I personally was not impressed. We came once for dinner and thought it was maybe an off night, came back after a couple weeks for lunch and was not any better. It was dark inside, bathrooms stink sooo bad like sewer. No baby changing table. Carpet floors looked dirty. At one point someone turned some neon lights on the wall on and they started sparking and smoking and we were worried it would start a fire and they just said “oh” when we pointed it out and then the whole thing shorted and turned off. Pretty sketchy. Then the server delivered our check while we were eating and came back a minute later looking all over our table for payment (while we were still eating) so we said we haven’t paid yet, we’re still eating… and she said “I’m leaving, now.” So we put down our forks and started to figure out the check while she stood there, very awkward. I’d love to see this place refreshed, so...
