Let me start by saying the staff is absolutely amazing. I had a custom color bracelet made for myself and ended up being a little bigger than I wanted. My wife and I were still in the area and decided to go back and asked if I could have one a little smaller to fit my wrist a little better. I offered to pay for a new one since it was my mistake not trying before I left. They told me not to worry about it and said they will make a new one. They told me they wanted me to be happy, I was beyond happy. Not only is it amazing with making custom bracelets right in front of you, they also have an awesome selection of unique pieces they made themselves.
