Do you need to pay for soft play or just some people? A manager one time let me have it because my 2 grandkids were playing. I truly did not know you had to pay. No sign. No problem, I paid and have since. However, as always I sit and watch my grandkids play, with paid for wrist bands and one other kid. The rest No wrist bands. What is the deal? Pay or no pay. Socks or no socks? Your staff is loosing you a lot of dollars just gathering around the counter. Your ice ball games all down, no out of order sign. Each time we come it gets a little more dated. Do games ever get repaired or updated? Might want to train your Saturday night staff money is walking out your door. When will the button on the right of the rock climbing wall do something? It's out every time. Would you like me to start a go fund me page to get it fixed? Seriously have a staff member assigned to the soft play area. Your sales will increase. Have people where socks, that's a board of health issue. It's funny sitting here watching all the kids with no arm bands and the staff still huddled together. Hope you make a...
Read moreWhat a great place! For only $2.50, we took our fifteen month old boy to climb around their play area. Parents are free and welcome in the play area. This was the first time our little one has ever gotten to explore a place like this and I think he had a great time. He only just started walking about two weeks ago, so he is go go go and what’s to get into everything. Of course he needed our help with quite a few things, but he seemed so happy to have a huge place where nothing was a “no no”.
We visited on a Wednesday evening around 5:30p and mostly had the place to ourselves. No trouble finding a parking spot and our boy wasn’t run over by a million other kids.
While we were there we saw two of the employees climbing around the jungle gym and cleaning - both vacuuming and wiping. It felt good to know that in a place that will be fill of germs no matter what that it actually does get attention.
There are also arcade games to play on both the first and second floors. And there is food available and...
Read moreI am a fastpitch softball player and I went to go to the batting cages to practice hitting, lets just start out by saying I left and went to Youngs Dairy Farm (6880 Springfield Xenia Rd, Yellow Springs, OH 45387). I went there and I noticed in the fastpitch machine the balls were coming in significantly low. Which I am supposed to try to atleast go for them to an extent, however these were at my ankles. Then they started coming dangerously inside. To where if I didn't move my ankles would be getting hit with 50 mph balls. Which I have been hit before so it may not be as a surprise for me but for someone just coming to tryout that specific batting cage it could be terrifyingly dangerous. I told two employees and waited about 15 minutes for someone to help fix the machine however no one showed. It was quite busy but I was still disappointed in the lack of urgency. Hope to sometime return but I will not be returning in the near future...
