First off we love Outback. Have for years. But last night was not good. My wife and I ordered The ribeye and shrimp. The shrimp was very good but the steaks were terrible. Very tough and full of gristle. To be totally honest, it tasted like a poor cut of a sirloin steak and not a ribeye. We’re just wondering if the chef didn’t grab the wrong steaks . All our sides with the meal was fabulous but the steak you just couldn’t eat so we just brought it home and tried to eat it the next day. I’ve posted a picture of all the gristle in the meat that we couldn’t eat. We’re not ones to make a scene and we was there with six of our close friends and so we didn’t say anything. This was very disappointing. Being retired going out to eat at outback is a treat for us. I’m not blaming Outback I’m blaming their meat supplier and I’m hoping Outback didn’t get a whole bunch of bad meat. It does happen. Hopefully corporate will read this and investigate their meat supplier and make things right. It just seems very strange to get two ribeye steaks in a row that are so tough and full of gristle that you can’t eat.

I couldn’t even finish my meal before I wrote this. Im currently having the 3-course coconut shrimp w/ a Caesar salad, and asparagus, and it’s all under $20. The taste is truly amazing and my server Bella E was exceptional. She had a complete understanding of food service hospitality and was more professional than most middle aged adults. Truly an experience I will remember and certainly a place I WILL return. Oh and did I forget to mention that 3-course meal also comes with a slice of cheesecake. Do the right thing and go treat yourself to a real meal, yeah I’m talking to you, the guy that’s gone and spent $17 at taco bell for the 3rd time this week. Treat yourself to some real food, unrivaled service, and GO TO OUTBACK

I ordered and paid for a prime rib. I received a steak. There was a choice of Outback and regular prime rib. I chose Outback thinking my husband puts spices on food and it makes it better. Oh, not in this case. It made the steak salty and spicy (hot). I can't eat spicy hot foods, so I didn't eat it. I got full on salad and broccoli. I took leftovers home to husband. He likes spicy hot food. He said it was almost too spicy hot for him. Our table was next to kitchen. I watched the employees cut open bags of food and put them on plates. Plastic bags all over their working area. A little European Vacation that we laughed at in movie. Not so funny when you pay $80 for dinner for 2. Not planning on returning.

Never received the experience of any form service /atmosphere environment due to lack of false and misleading tails told my host manager. Name was put on waitlist to and was told a 20 min wait due to size of party. No worries. Left facility to go outside due to over crowding issues of other parties waiting to be seated. Reached a call from restaurant stating table is ready. Immediately gathers party and return to hosting post. Attempted to speak with several host but all seemed to not know what we’re talking about. Another host I would like to assume was a manger and stated the information provided to me via phone that our parties table was available. After waiting additional 15 minutes. The host manager stated that it was a mistake that they called us and our name had to be put back on the waiting list. During this time multiple parties of 2/5 where directed to there tables. I approached host again asking what is really going on and the continued lies and gas lighting continued. Several other parties seen this frustration and attempted to help and now the host manger stayed that our parties table would be available, server was wiping it down. Another 15 minutes has passed. Host became overly apologetic since they knew other Guest noticed the rude juster was provided to the only party of individuals of color. We kindly left this establishment and will not be back. Times will never change due to inherited unjust thoughts and actions of those who refuse/portray...

This was a horrible experience, took my fiancé here on his lunch break we came in took the server awhile to seat us THEN when we finally did get seated the waitress was no where to be found my fiancé had to go find someone to assist us!!! When Ashley finally came over and asked us what we wanted to drink didn’t apologize for her tardiness and had a lack of acknowledgment!! Mind you it wasn’t busy at all so I just didn’t understand what the hold up was… anywho she took our orders which I ordered a medium 8 oz and even suggested a drink from the margarita deal they had doing on I said sure to trying it she left we didn’t see her again for another 20 minutes usually the drinks come out first I NEVER received my drink the bartender was just talking away to another patron that was sitting at the bar by this time I’m annoyed my fiancé as well, we agreed to leave, as we where ready to go they finally brought out the food which I contemplated even wanting I choose to box it up and just go ahead and go I did NOT leave a tip because I believe in customer service and at this particular location there is a extreme lack of it!! The table beside us was dirty the whole time we where there!! This location is horrible and management NEVER one time came to apologize or even address us period!! That could have changed the whole experience this location will not be open long and you guys need to train and manage your workers better! If I could give no...

I'd like to take a few minutes and tell people about the new Outback Steakhouse on Wilmington Pike in Centerville. This is our third time eating at the new Outback location on Wilmington Pike in Centerville. The picture is my plate as it just came out of the kitchen. I'm only giving this location four stars, not because of the food quality or service, but due to the food portions that I've received with the three different visits so far. For what you pay for the grilled salmon, the portion sizes have been different each time we've eaten here. Three of us ordered the salmon, and all of our plates were different in portion sizes from the broccoli to the salmon. Longhorn is less expensive and offers a larger piece of salmon and is consistent each time with their portions. Food portions, flavor, quality, and presentation shouldn't change. You should be able to go into a restaurant any day of the week and get the exact same dish regardless. Consistency, quality, service, and prices are key to repeat business. I'm hoping that this is just a glitch due to this location just recently opening, and hopefully, the great management will get it squared away. I like the food better here than the location by the Dayton Mall. I will be back because the food, in my opinion, is better on Wilmington. They do have a great staff, and I've noticed that they do work together as a team to take care of the customer. Keep up...
