Last night, after shopping at Costco in Centerville (which is pretty much right next door) where masks are now OPTIONAL, we decided to try our hand again at Bibibop since the mask “mandates” & “rules” are starting to be lifted in the area. We love Bibibop’s food, we do lot of business with them, & we are Rewards members. But as much as we wanted Bibibop last night after our Costco trip, we decided to take our business elsewhere after the following experience: Several people in line inside, including ourselves, were “spoke to” for not wearing masks “properly”. As we were standing in line, the “Mask Nazi” employee (my name for any mask “police”), stated to several of us that we need to put our masks all the way over our noses. One gentleman even ignored her/him & kept his down below his nose while ordering. Good for him!! & This is what we should have done. Instead, we decided to walk away from the counter, leave the building, & go for our meal elsewhere. YOU lost $$!! Now…..I assume she/he is trained by the company to enforce that. If so, I assume their training included how to confront every person in line & at the counter & probably (& definitely!) turn business away. If it’s in their training, it’s not their fault. You have trained them to enforce “company policy” as she/he stated to us last night. But….are your employees & company really willing to lose a customer over it??? If not, it’s really time to make some changes in your employee training. &….Let me make it known that I do NOT want to see him/her lose their job over this. PLEASE Just retrain them!!!! & It really is too bad that you’re losing customers for being so rigid…especially when the CDC is only “recommending” masks. This should be a choice. Not a demand. Many of us are now immune or vaccinated (as we also stated to her/him). We should be allowed to police ourselves. And really, wouldn’t you rather have the business?? Just maybe you could take this up with your corporate office & get on board with the rest of the businesses in that area. Put your “mask” company policy in the trash for areas that are changing...

Read moreI originally came here on a suggestion from a friend. Due to a hectic daily schedule i eat out almost daily. I come here between 3- 4 days a week and have had a stellar experience every time. The quality and taste of their food is some of the best I’ve ever had. Especially for fast-casual dining. They are generous with their portions and I always walk out feeling more than satisfied and full. What’s even more impressive is the service you get here. Whoever actually trains the employees there should sell the blueprints to how they are capable of hiring and training such great employees. I wish the manager Jake there could be cloned and hired at every restaurant. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, employees, and all around seems like a great guy. You would think you’re at a high end restaurant the way he caters to his customers. As high as the turnover rate for managers at some of these restaurants are, I sincerely hope he stays there for a long time and keeps this place as amazing as it is now. I have expressed to 3 friends how surprisingly great this place really is and each one of them now frequents the restaurant twice a week. Keep up the great job Jake and all the...
