First let me establish this. The person in the store was great. She showed us around and answered all of our questions. The miserable part comes after that. Our mattress was in Stock and we got several communications that stated it would be delivered between 1645 and 1845. This is a house with out our furniture yet so we are basically sitting in our car or in an empty house waiting on the delivery. We are fine with this but come 1900 we have recieved no call and no delivery. Call Mattress firm up to find out what is going on. The guy at the store can't get ahold of anyone.

Next day. We call Mattress firm up to find out what is going on with out order. Delivery guys state that they couldn't find our house and won't give an explanation why they didn't call to find out where. Now we are scheduled for Friday. I understand delays due to weather and such but that isn't the case here. It is complete and utter incompetence from the Cincinnati warehouse and their distribution team. When you waste someone's time like this there needs to be compensation. Time is the only currency you cannot get more of and which makes it the most valuable currency. Mattress Firm wasted my time with no concern or care.

I originally went in to Mattress Firm to pick up a king size platform frame. They were the only location that had one locally. My wife and I are upgrading from a queen size mattress to a king. The current mattress is super old. Plus we have 3 kids of which two are 4 and under and occasionally sleep with us.

Anyways, we are on a budget as most family’s are with children. My wife and I had looked a Serta foam mattress at Sam’s Club, but I was hesitant to buy till we checked elsewhere. I’m glad we waited because we ended up getting a price match on mattress from Mattress firm for the price of the Serta we saw at Sam’s club!

Brittany was the one who helped me while I was there. Again, I was just there to pick up the platform frame and look around a bit. She was super helpful and made picking out a bed with our needs and wants super easy. She let myself and the kiddos who were there with me try 3 different foam mattresses. She didn’t try to oversell anything and was very knowledgeable about everything! I ended up getting a deal as stated above and I’m very happy with my wife’s and I’s first experience buying a new mattress for ourselves (and the kids). I would give this place negative stars if I could. Ordered a mattress on Saturday and said it would be delivered on Monday. Had my boyfriends grandparents sit at our house for the allotted time since we both work. Drivers showed up and said they couldn't deliver because we had trace of bed bugs. We just moved into our home a month ago and the previous owners had all carpet done prior to us moving in, as well as us having our previous mattress' for YEARS and have never had any issues. After calling the warehouse and the store BOTH managers agreed the pictures the drivers submitted showed no trace of bed bugs. By this point my mattress had been taken back to the warehouse and was taken off the truck and I was told I could come pick it up from west Chester if I wanted to. Was told the manager told the drivers to turn around and take it back and they didn't. Now I have to have someone else come back out to my house to get this mattress. Finally the store manager Justin rescheduled for Wednesday and all that was done was a removal of a delivery fee. As it should have been because this was there fault in general. Nothing else was ever offered to us, never got an I'm Sorry or anything. I will never recommend them to anyone I know....
