Posting not on someone elses behalf....
I’ve debated on posting this but it has really bothered me…
Yesterday, I went to Jewery Wholesale to take 2 rings to be fixed and my old wedding rings to see about selling them or finding out their worth ( no I’m not giving them to my boys or my daughter). We walked in, and not one employee spoke to us or even so much as smiled, said welcome or hello, nothing! We waited, when the first one finished, they walked over to help, I explained to them what I wanted, the lady took my jewelry and then had a man come over, he very rudely said “I have a lot of rings like this I can only offer you a couple hundred dollars” and just walked off. Never told me a price, nothing, the lady helping me never once explained anything to me or tried to talk to me or anything. I stood there for a moment and thought about the fact that my family has spent thousands of dollars on jewelry at this family owned business to be treated so poorly and to be made to feel like I wasn’t worthy of their time. I always like to shop small businesses but I know one thing, I won’t be shopping there because I refuse to spend my hard earned money at a business that apparently doesn’t think I am worthy of their time. I might not have much, but I will spend more and travel farther if the customer service is worth it.
With that being said, where can I get 2 rings fixed and be treated...
Read moreIn Feb 2022, I lost my original engagement ring set. After frantically looking around the house, filing a police report, and searching pawn shops, I realized it was time to look at my options. We looked at the normal places like Kay jewelers, reeds etc. Not only were they all the same at each place (owned by the same parent company), they were the same rings that EVERYBODY has on their fingers. We checked out Jewelry Wholesale and they made the whole situation much easier. I did end up jumping on the first ring that was closest to my original. After a few months, I wasn't 100% on it yet. My husband and I went back to look at some others just to see if maybe there was something I missed looking at. Tasha was absolutely fantastic. She not only showed us options, but she helped match a ring with the wedding ring I currently had! They even bought back the ring I had purchased from them prior.
I've also bought earrings for myself, and a birthstone ring for my daughter from them. Every time we go in, Tasha knows who we are and it's like catching up with a friend. That is how family owned...
Read moreI am from Hawaii, and due to family concerns I have rushed and shipped my entire life to south Carolina. 3 weeks ago I was given word that me and my now sood to be wife would be moving to Kazakhstan. Due to world events. We now have until August to get to Canada for a friend's wedding, we are now planning our own wedding and obviously timing and money were a tight issue. This family business not only helped me, with an outside sale, but have been a delight to work with. I drove 2 and a half hours just to get my soon to be wedding rings and a family heirloom engagement ring from my great great grandmother. This store was not only extremely helpful but more than confident in their amazing abilities to work with such difficult vintage stones and settings. They also were just plain happy to be a part of another wedding and couple coming together. I haven't even seen the rings after the resize but I have no doubt the work will be superb. Thanks to all the staff and help to make me give my wife an amazing...
