My husband was just in there browsing their selection of ammunition as well as many other products they offer. Upon asking for a specific type of HUNTING ammunition, was very rudely told that the associate could not and would not allow him to view or purchase the ammunition!!! The associate then proceeded to rudely usher him out of the facility. All due to the fact that my husband is sporting his nice new shiny SCRAM ankle bracelet. SCRAM is an acronym for Subcutaneous Remote Alcohol Monitor, due to a dui he was involved in 7 years ago. My husband was told the denial of service was due to his ankle monitor! He was never asked if he was allowed to own or purchase ammunition, he even holds a concealed carry weapons permit!! I am beyond appalled at the treatment the associate along with 3 other associates provided him today. He was followed around the store and harassed multiple times being asked if he could be helped in a very rude and accusatory manner. We just relocated to sumter and I have to say this does not feel very welcoming nor does it bode well for hopes of future interactions in this city. The owner went out of his way to contact me and acknowledged they should have done something to help with the difference in price and apologized for the treatment. Last night I was able to get a great chainsaw from them and experienced great customer support from Gavin! I think they have redeemed my business.

Original Review: I bought a chainsaw online today. I live about 40 minutes away. When I got there to pickup in store, pulled up my order, it had been canceled. I went in the store only to find out they didn't have that model anymore. Spoke with a manager to see if they would help with the price some while trying to replace it with a similar chainsaw with a good rating. Nope, they wouldn't do it. The customer service lady that tried to help me was super nice! The manager acted like she had a chip on her shoulder and was rude & sucked at customer service. Won't be wasting my gas to go...

My wife and I were in Sumter this weekend. We saw the store and went in. Well I had never been there before so I’m checking everything out. While walking down one of the isles I turned around to see if I missed anything and there was a young girl with a walk-in talkie on her side stopped in the isle looking at me. When she noticed that I saw her she bolted off. So I’m thinking to myself “ do I look like a thief or what? “. As I continue I notice that on every isle there she was. I felt very uncomfortable so i decided to leave. As I was exiting the store she was at detectors at the door waving something in front of them to make sure they worked.
