State Bank of India (California) — Attraction in Sunnyvale

Absolutely amazing branch with extraordinarily friendly people. Vaidehi was simply superb in customer service. Rajiv Ranjan, Kaishish and the other lady who assisted them (a bit quiet and appeared like a reserved person) were all extroordinarily nice and helpful. I compared opening an account at ICICI branch nearby, then found out ICICI is actually an indian bank, where as SBI Cal is an American bank, and the exchange rates were at least 50 paise more per $. The staff is friendly but the Manager, Mr. Rajiv Ranjan is very rude and I would not like to deal with this branch again. He was yelling at me. I went to get my documents verified, the home branch said get it verified by someone from local branch near you with no mention of attestation charges. I said I am following the instructions of my branch and unsure of the process, the manager says no one will spoon feed you, you are educated and follow the form instructions.This behavior is not right, treating customers...
