Teller said there's only one banker available so they don't have time to open it for us; the best way is to make an appointment. Not sure why you aren't able to open an account within one hour, I thought banks welcome new account holders. We ended up heading to the Mathilda branch and were able to open 2 new accounts within 45 minutes. I was mistaken to think smaller branches would have better customer service.
