This was my second visit, and I was hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, the rooms did not meet my expectations. If you have experience with escape rooms, you may find this one disappointing. However, if this is your first time, you might enjoy it. I did three rooms today (only one at this location), and this was the only one that fell short.
The props were in poor condition and the room felt dirty. For example, as soon as we started, my brother checked a box of jewels and ended up with a hand full of white glue—apparently a hasty repair for broken pieces. While some puzzles were completed, they didn’t always make sense. The rooms are entirely mechanical and extremely linear. You may find yourself playing with magnets, trying to activate a result.
I wish I could give a better review, but I have to be honest. I don’t think I’ll be doing any more rooms with this company.
———— May 25,2024. This was my Room 101. It was good, but technical issues took away from the experience. One key concern is that it is completely computerized, and the game master does not seem to know what is going on. Some props were damaged, allowing us to find clues too early, which created confusion. If the system had been working properly and the locks had been secure, it would have been an amazing room. Read moreThe escape room itself was fun! The puzzles were challenging, and the theme was engaging. Overall, it was a good experience with the puzzle and the event itself. However, the business is poorly managed, which impacted the overall enjoyment.
The room was extremely hot — unbearably hot — to the point where it affected the experience. The air conditioning was clearly not working, and we should have been notified ahead of time. Everyone came dressed for a normal indoor activity; we would have dressed differently had we known.
Additionally, the staff was not very welcoming. Two young girls quickly ran through the directions without much enthusiasm. They also failed to mention that we would need to use our phones as flashlights until after we had already locked everything away and entered the room. When we asked if we could retrieve our phones, they seemed annoyed, which was frustrating.

Read moreThe staff is professional and helpful. Unfortunately, our experience with the actual room was not as highly rated. We ventured into THE LIFT room. It’s basically one room with mostly technical puzzles. Some of the puzzles malfunctioned; ie, lids didn’t open and staff had to come pop open compartment. Another issue was the puzzle that released a clue too early which almost allowed us to skip many steps. The most frustrating part were the clues that didn’t make sense at all and the ending puzzle with the bulbs which didn’t function properly….. It was more about physical struggle and luck, then mental skill. In conclusion, I’m not one to write negative reviews, but I honestly feel that this room was a disappointment. I’ve experienced more than a handful of rooms and this was my only negative experience. My reason for writing this review is for C&D to review and update the Lift room so everyone gets their moneys worth in value. We work too hard for our money and we didn’t get our values worth...
