I came in like a week ago, wanting to try the grilled nuggets and a shake. There's at least one lady here, who cannot pronounce English correctly. I couldn't understand her so I had to walk out. Really unbelievable that unemployment rate is so high, yet they tolerate such things.
And I used to go here a several times like a year or 2 ago. Yeah you've all heard the great news about chick-fil-a, about how great is their service and food. I'll review it all.
The food is decent, but not spectacular made in heaven like the reviews would have you believe. For one thing, the french fries look like they've been trampled by a herd of cows stampeding away from the slaughterhouse. They're what you call "waffle-fries". They don't taste much better either. Good grief why does every alternate fast food place do something different with their fries? At steak n shake they have the micro needle fries. At chick fil a it's the waffles. What gives? Just give us normal fries like everyone likes at Burger King or Wendys.
The service is usually good, but don't kid yourselves. If you come here regularly enough, you will see things. They play around back there every once in a while. They are not robots. Not everyone will say all the polite phrases with a huge smile all the time. Well guess what. You can say the same thing about almost any fast food place. Sometimes they're good, sometimes they mess around. So the myth of special service at chick fil a is mostly just hype.
But the biggest trouble is probably the crowd. This place is a nightmare at lunch time. And man you think it's bad on weekdays? Try Saturday. And guess what they have now. Big drive thru temporary parking under a big tent, with servers marching in and out. Absolute disaster waiting to happen. Maybe if they had more locations, or if they were open Sundays, they wouldn't be so crowded.
You all know the story. Chick fil a is a private christian business. Give one day to the lord. Gimme a break man. Everyone has at least one day off per week. Who cares if it's Sunday or Saturday or some other day. You're supposed to rotate shifts, but no. So what ends up happening in practice is enforcing a much larger crowd than otherwise, since they all know it won't be open tomorrow. You gotta wonder about places like this, like how do they avoid discrimination lawsuits from certain other religions who take off Friday or the Sabbath...
But here's the thing... Why should they care about that? If their place is saturated, they can just rake in the money without doing anything. Why should they spend money building more locations? Why should they care about a huge crowd and huge wait? They proly LIKE it for all that money.
If you hate the normal fast food, there are other options besides chick fil a. You can try publix deli or hungry howies or jimmy johns. There are a lot of alternate fast food places, contrary to what they would have you believe in their advertising. Ofc they would love to make you think chick fil a is the ONLY good alternative, but it's a lie.
Sorry for writing a book but I wanted to cover it all. I'm not a fake reviewer who just leaves stars with no text and no...
Read moreLunch on my break has typically been Chick Fil A as I worked at my "just getting by" job. Wendy's is amazing, but the taste got boring. I've always loved Chick Fil A and the taste of several of their options and the customer service was always different in a good way, I never had a bad experience with them but anything could be too good to be true. When I would go into fast food restaurants and sometimes even restaurants the restaurant will either get good day Fredo which I am nearly polite on any level or bad day Fredo which I can be a wild smarta••hole with less filter. So that's what my days became at this Chick Fil A, being that I came here 4 to 5 times a week for many months. One day on a quite frustrating day at the work house I came to Chick Fil A carrying the energy of a bad day. When I finally reached the register after a long wait in line with a kid starring at my bad expressions (cute kid by the way) I finally reached the register and I ordered that dmn spicy chicken sandwich with my dmn inclination. A guy by the name of Josh took my order, a solid polite man. My food was taking a quite long time to serve. I got impatient and I began to rush the motion of the restaurant. Josh walked up and began speaking to me in a toned manor about the ways they can improve this workplace with my opinions and feedbacks. We talked and I felt wack by the time my food was served, though I was pleased. This made me truly notice why this place is typically packed with grateful people, it's not just that dmn good chicken. Since then my experience with Chick Fil A has been outstanding with all of the workers and I praise them for what they do as a whole. I also honored their wishes by avoiding cows. Chick Fil A your amazing. Your impeccable. Your outstanding. Your lovely. Your marvelous. Your one of a kind, keep that in mind. Bless your kind....
Read moreAbsolutely disgraceful experience at this Chick-fil-A. I walked in to place my order, stood there quietly, waiting patiently, and was completely ignored. Didn’t make a fuss, didn’t cause a scene—just expected the same level of service this chain pretends to be known for. Instead, I watched as 4-5 Plantation service aids strolled in after me, placed their orders, and got their food before me. Every. Single. One.
No explanation. No reason. Just blatant favoritism. When I finally pointed it out, I got a pathetic excuse for an apology—completely insincere, as if my time and money meant nothing to them. The reality is, this location doesn’t care about all customers, just the ones they feel like prioritizing. It’s disgusting. Chick-fil-A claims to be all about customer service, but this place is a joke. If you’re not part of their inner circle, expect to be treated like you don’t exist.
And to top it all off, I had the displeasure of witnessing the so-called “manager” being outright rude and disrespectful to a cashier who was just trying to do her job. Watching employees get mistreated right in front of customers tells you everything you need to know about this place. Toxic, unprofessional, and clearly run by people who have no business managing anything.
If you’re having a bad day, keep it at home—don’t take it out on customers or your own employees. This is not an environment I’d ever work in, and I sure as hell wouldn’t let my kids work here either.
Save your money. Save your time. Avoid this location at all costs unless you enjoy being treated...
