This use to be my favorite store but your people have recently become rude and unhelpful. Your grocery people are nice and will ask if we need help. However, your FRONT END staff, which is the main customer experience with employees, are not as kind. On 9/7 around 1.30-1.40p your cashier (Kiran) wouldnt even attempt to help bag for this elderly man in front of me. Just read out the total and stared at him while he's reaching across the entire stand to grab items to bag. Then my turn, no hello and no attempt for bagging also. Just reads out the total and makes me reach from the end of the stand to almost next to her to grab items. Cant even push them closer to me. Then i go to customer service to redeem a scratcher and buy another. The cashier asks if I want the cash back, I say yes but I also want to get 1 more scratch off. She then proceeds to tell me "oh... so you actually dont want the cash back then." Okay smart Alec, I ACTUALLY want 60% of my cash back and 1 ticket. Is that specific enough? Just because it wasnt expressed the way you want doesnt mean i said it wrong. If I said I dont want my cash back then you might have used all my money which I didnt want. Read moreSure, they're typically barely nice enough at the pharmacy, I would never say friendly, though & today was awful. They needed to step it up and show true customer service, and they were flat out rude and inconsiderate. My grandmother has dementia and needed some medication before moving into her assisted living facility this morning. The medication was supposed to be ready today. It wasn't. They were behind & asked us to wait 25 minutes! The situation was explained to them, but they showed zero empathy or compassion. They said other people needed to be processed first because they were behind on orders. How is that my problem? And why couldn't they just bump my grandmother's medication to the top of the list considering she was the only one waiting at the moment, has health issues, & processing it would've only taken a few minutes since he medications are prepackaged anyway!
