On Wednesday went out around 11pm at night for the Northern Light. Love the view of Duluth MN from Barkers Island Festival Park. You can see bentleyville and the whole city of Duluth Mn lights. Honesty love this spot. I can sit here for hours just looking over Duluth. I definitely recommend Barkers Island Festival Park.

Lovely place which has the remains of the last whale ship. We visited this place when there was still snow and the lake was covered with chunks of ice. Even though the weather was chilly, the place did not lose its beauty.

I enjoyed walking through this area each morning during a re met stay at Hampton Inn, Superior. Lovely sunrises and fairly well maintained paths. Didn’t visit any of the sites but recommend Barkers Island for a walk!

Barkers Island is a fun place to check out in the warmer months. There is a mini golf course with some fun challenges. Fairly priced as well. There is a small museum in the ship on the island but I didn't take the tour. There are swimming areas and docks to fish off of. They also have a fun playground and picnic area by the bandshell. It would be a fun place to take the kids if you're a parent or nanny looking for something to entertain...
