Highly recommend Blue Frog Construction for either a remodel, lease space, or ground up build for your medical business. I started my relationship with Blue Frog in 2020 when I was initiating starting my own veterinary hospital as a ground up build. They were great throughout the entire design process and their designers really captured the design style I was seeking. Throughout the build process their were a few road blocks that did arise (it was a build during Covid times after all) and they were great with finding solutions and keeping the project on track. The end result was gorgeous, functional, and delivered on time and as I helped design.

I have now been open for 3 years and my building is doing great and I still have a wonderful working relationship with Blue Frog. They supported me well with warranty needs during the first year or two when little things would pop up. I constantly get compliments on the building design from clients.

The service from Blue Frog I elected was to be part of their Start Right Program. This allowed me to have them as a private equity investor in my business to support me with funds up front to build the hospital the size I needed from the beginning. It's difficult to get Small Business Loans in this price range. This allowed a ground up build for me, which ended up being 3100 sq ft. Having 5 exam rooms and 2 ORs allowed me to grow quickly and hire multiple doctors early on which has contributed to the success of the business. We hired Blue Frog to convert an existing 8200sf building into a veterinary hospital. First of all, I very much liked the design/build concept employed by Blue Frog. We worked with Shawn Rainey and Mike Rubio on the overall design. Both are very creative and easy to work with, as well as insightful regarding the workflow and features needed in a veterinary hospital. Their interior design department was equally creative and attentive to the details of appearance and helped us select colors, lighting and other accents that effectively tied everything together. During construction, which was completed on time to the day, the onsite supervisor was fantastic, treated the construction project as if it was his own building being built, and updated me daily on the progress.
