Now I’m not livid or have any hatred towards the worker here because I got what was punched into the system and paid for what was punched into the system. It’s doesn’t happen often but today was not one of those days Chick-fil-A could have messed up my order. 1. I don’t often have time to grab breakfast with my younger brother. 2. I was repeated my order by the individual taking my order at the drive through. (It was repeated correctly) 3. One of the burritos was literally half the size of all the other burritos. At this point McDonald’s burritos would have been better because all though they’re smaller, the size reflects the price. I didn’t pay $5 for half a burrito. Literally half! 4. My younger brother needed the car, so I ordered enough to get breakfast, lunch and dinner because I would not have my car and I work an 11 hour shift today. It seems he was training or being trained by someone, so I want to cut the kid some slack. However now because of his mistake I don’t have and food today and I work 11 hours. (The 1 day I have to work an 11 hour shift) I requested 6 burritos (2 meals with coffee and 4 separate burritos along side “a lot of honey roasted bbq sauce). He repeated the order back to me correctly, “2 burrito meals with coffee and 4 burritos separately and honey roasted bbq sauce”. I paid for what I thought was my correct order, and since I was driving and had to go to work I did not check to verify the quantity of food in my bag. This was my fault as I should have checked before leaving the drive through, but here we are. You’re reading this review and I had a single burrito to last me 11 hours of the day without a car to even grab lunch or dinner. Now as I mentioned I want to cut the kid some slack, so I won’t drop any name or any descriptions on the worker. I only paid for 3 burritos (2 burrito meals with coffees and 1 single burrito). I used to work in the food industry, so I wholeheartedly understand how overwhelming it is when it gets busy. The kid was working outside, might have been one of his first few days, so he’s still getting the hang over it. It happens. However, this is a message to the workers there. If you repeat the order correctly to them, make sure you punch it into the system properly. It ruined my day, I now have nothing to eat until 8:30pm, I won’t get home until maybe even 9:30pm. Sometimes even the best places have their off days. It’s unfortunate that the first time in about a year I was able to get breakfast with my younger brother, let alone breakfast at all was a screw-up and of all days a day I work 11 hours without a car to get more food. Chick-fil-A workers please double check the order you punch into the system. We don’t see your tablet screen, so we can’t verify if you punch it into the system properly or not. I trusted you and you gave me 2 and a half burritos… that’s also another thing. If I paid for 3 burritos… don’t scam me with a half-sized burrito. What is this? Donate half a burrito to charity event? I probably won’t ever come back to this Chick-fil-A again. It’s such a shame the Dwarf House Chick-fil-A in Duluth closed down because not only was my order cut in half, but one of my burritos was literally...
Read moreI am very disappointed on how this Chick-fil-a works. I have come to this place for several months now, and almost daily they get my order wrong. This week I decided to test my luck and see how many times they could get it wrong. My order is very simple: Chicken Hash-brown bowl, Key Lime lemonade to drink, and for my side I usually get a Cookie Yogurt Parfait with no fruit in it. It seems very simple. Out of 5 times that I have gone to this place this week and ordered the exact same thing every single day only one day they have gotten right. On Friday of last week some guy took my order and it was the exact same order. I said what I wanted and then he started talking to someone on his headset and cut me off mid conversation. He took like 2 minutes to finish his conversation with whoever he was talking to and then once he finished talking to the person on the headset he said “what was your order again?” So I went ahead and said my order one more time. He seemed to be paying this time, and then once he repeated the order back to me, he still had it wrong, so I corrected him one more time. After he did a couple of “adjustments” on his tablet, he repeated the order and once again he had it wrong, so I repeated it one more time and he made another “adjustment” and just gave me a total. When I got to the window, my order was still incorrect. Anyways fast forward to Monday. I go again and order the exact same thing, and did the same until today which is Thursday. Out of 5 times that I have been to this place this week, only one time they got it right. I checked every day and I am seeing that the stickers on my orders are correct, and somehow the staff keeps putting the incorrect stuff in the bags. Some days I get my Parfait with granola, some days I get nothing at all, or sometimes they just mess up the whole order in general. How difficult is it to look at the stickers and put the correct things in each bag????? How difficult is it to just put cookies in a yogurt parfait and put it in the correct bag?? It is so frustrating that everyday I have to say something to the staff because somehow they always mess it up. It’s very frustrating that I have to check my bags every single day because I can no longer trust the staff to put the correct things in each bag. So very frustrating and...
Read moreWORST CHICK-FIL-A!!! AVOID!!! I've never had a bad experience from any location EXCEPT for this one. My daughter and I stop here once a week after practice and we have NEVER received our order correctly. Last night....was the worst! Not only did we not receive an entire meal we purchased, when we finally got back to the store to notify them, the store had closed. Since the doors were closed, we went back through the drive through and waited patiently for one of the four employees to look at us. As one young lady ducted around a corner, another looked at us, laughed and turned back around. Another two gentlemen looked at us, filled their drinks and continued to walk back to the kitchen. After about 5 minutes of us waiting, I got out of my car, knocked on the window/door & held up my receipt. The young girl that had ducted began to tell the other girl (that was right in front of me with her back towards me) that I was there making her turn back to look at me. Again, she ignored me. Another 5 minutes went by and eventually a young man walked up to the window/door and yelled "we can't make you anything." (Wow.......Great customer service) :/ I replied, "I understand, but you can credit me." After rolling his eyes, he walked away and finally the Manager came out. I showed him the receipt and explained the situation and apologized for not getting back to the store until after closing (if you are familiar of their location, there are no "U" turns permittable...making you cross over Highway 85 before being able to turn around). He was very kind and refunded me. Overall, we will never go back to this location. Why should a customer feel as though they are in the wrong and treated terribly? Not one employee used any common sense nor showed any respect. I could understand the lack of professionalism from Bojangles or McDonalds but Chick-fil-A? This location lacks training...
