This was by far the weirdest and most unprofessional massage I have ever received. First off, I walked in to no lights on in the lobby and no one at the front desk. Someone came from the back immediately and took me right back for an hour-long massage. A few minutes into the massage, my massage therapist left the room to go take care of someone who had just come in the front door. She was gone a few minutes and it sounded like it was an inspector about some missing fire extinguishers. It did look like there might be some renovations taking place as evidence by a large piece of sheet rock missing in the bathroom exposing pipes. There was no hand soap available. During the course of the one hour massage, she left the room four separate times to take phone calls or answer the door or to talk with her coworker out in the hall. She had her cell phone present the entire time and it rang multiple times with her answering twice and then returning a phone call once. All the while giving me a one handed massage. At the beginning, she asked if I wanted her to use lotion for an additional $20. I declined. It may have been a language barrier but I asked her to push lighter a couple times with minimal change in pressure. I am attributing that to a language barrier. The place was moderately clean with some places on the floor needing a quick vacuum but overall was OK. I was allergic to something in the room as I became very stuffed up while lying prone for the massage. Overall, I really didn't feel that much improvement after the massage compared to when I walked in and felt my money would've been better...
Read morecame in because I saw they offered “prenatal massages” called to make an appointment, and mentioned 3 times I was pregnant. came in at my appointment time and told the lady in the front again, I am pregnant. she brought me to a regular massage room with a regular bed. I was uncomfortable with the idea of laying flat on my stomach, like I had express many times, I figured maybe there was a language barrier and waited for my masseuse to come in to hopefully take me to an actual prenatal massage table. She told me that I just would lay on my side and then turn to the other side for a massage. This was pretty uncomfortable and I feel like altered my massage experience. The massage itself was just ok. It just felt like she was rubbing oil on me for 15 mins until I asked for firmer pressure. I got 1 hr body, and 1 hr foot thinking they’d take me to the foot massage room to soak my feet for a foot massage, nope. They did it on the table so I laid on one side for 1 hr and the other for another hr. I would not recommended this place for prenatal massages, and would not come back due to my experience. My masseuse was nice which is why I gave 3 stars. This costed over...
Read moreMe and my fiance came for massages today. We did seperate rooms. I had Cindy doing my massage and she was great! I did the 60min deep tissue. It was perfect pressure. She used hot stones and hot towels towards the end. She even stretched my hips a little bit and it felt great! I’m not sure who my fiances massage therapist was but he loved it as well! It was his first massage ever so I was a little nervous about where I chose. They didn’t disappoint at all! Atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Clean and comfortable. Thanks we will definitely be back and...
