American Deli — Restaurant in Suwanee

I've ordered from this American Deli maybe 3 or 4 times since moving here. Once even for a party with a large qty. of wings and never had an issue. So, I order 15 wings tonight 1/2 lemon pepper and 1/2 mild. The employee that took my take out order by phone asked dry or wet for the lemon pepper, I said dry. When I open the box when we get home, I see this hot red sauce on my mild wings. We taste and realize they are 🔥. I call the establishment to make them aware of their error and instead of owning the error and trying to correct it, he tells me they are not hot. I tell him, sir I couldn't let a child eat those. That is why I ordered mild. He then says they come this way in the box. This must be new? If you order mild wings from this place, look at the hot sauce they are putting on MILD wings. The lemon pepper was great. Just wished I wouldn't have had to get rid of the hot wings. Better...

You name any scoring agenda for a good price-friendly restaurant, 10/10. Absolutely stunning 🤩 Atmosphere: Very clean (counter, table, floor, bathroom, drink machine, condiment section, trashcan). No irritating loud music or TV but the grilling sound and frying scent from the kitchen. Service: Definitely welcoming with gentle manner. No unnecessary small talks, but asking options for better meal Food: Their wings seem bigger than other local wing stores or American Deli stores. Proper amount of sauces and legit crispy-soft fry. Best fried rice, none of the Chinese restaurants can compete. I’m pretty sute they change the frying oil everyday, even the side celery was freshestestest. Resting on laurels, that seems to be the name of the game these days. Freshness has taken a backseat to monetary gain and I find that most middle of the road restaurants particularly Wendy’s has been more guilty than others.

I generally get a 10 piece medium with fries but the last few times I’ve been here the wings are old and the fries are even older, and for charging $14 that doesn’t really sit well with me.

It used to be my go to place for wings because at one point it was a few dollars cheaper and a lot fresher but now it cost more and taste worse, not too sure about...
