Top Crawfish — Restaurant in Suwanee

I’ve gotten crawfish multiple times here but this has been the worst. I placed an order for 3lbs of crawfish, 2lbs of snow crab legs, 1lb of green mussels, corn, and broccoli with two separate orders of noodles. When I came to pick it up 30min after the order was called in, the noodles were not separate from the tray as requested. The total I was given was 60$ more than I was told on the phone, bringing it to $168. Turns out, instead of 1lb green mussels, the order was put in for 2lbs of deveined and deshelled shrimp. They offered to redo the tray for me but at that point, I had people waiting on the dinner so I didn’t have the time for them to fix it. Therefore, I paid for it and went home with the food.

Everyone is human so I already got over the fact that my order was wrong. The part that got me is I paid $168 for:

soggy corn soft/mushy crawfish - you can tell they’re not fresh and had an after taste soft snow crab legs that was hard to remove from the shell as the crab meat was sticking to it plain noodles even though I requested it with butter/garlic

I saw the AD on facebook and went for a try. I went for take out on the first opening day. It was pretty crowded but wasn’t bad of a wait. The food was absolutely amazing! This was the best affordable seafood I ever had. I went for again on the last day of the 50%. The waiting was crazy. My friends were all exhausted and angry. But once we dig into the foods we forgot the wait. That’s how much we loved the food! It was fresh and juicy and delicious! We had crawfish and seafood set. Today is my third visit here. Hoping the wait is better than before. It’s Saturday late afternoon (trying to avoid dinner time) we got our food in 10 min. I asked about the waiting time and they explained that they didn’t expect the large order and had inventory problem during the grand opening 50% which cause the wait. Lesson learned they explained. (Thanks for sharing) So without the long wait giving them 5 stars cuz I absolutely love the food here For four we ordered B6 medium spicy + 1lb crawfish. Going to try cajun...

Sooo we went because this place was rumored to be owned by the same owners who own another popular seafood boil place. Prices seemed fair so we ordered 4 lbs of live crawfish and 3 lbs of snow crab plus extra corn and potatoes, and sauce. Cajun spicy.

Crawfish was cooked well, the snow crab had a slight fishy smell. Like it was not fresh or had been sitting there. Also the seasoning is fishy. The sauce it’s self had a fishy weird taste. I had to makeshift come up with one with what i had in my pantry. The corn had a weird waxy texture and the potatoes were over cooked so they were just disintegrating. Also the flavor of the sauce did not exist it was just salty.

We spent about $170 for the worst seafood dinner on Mother’s Day. I will not be returning and would not recommend this...
