Subway — Restaurant in Swansea

Poor selection of breads for the subs. Employees were rude and put very little toppings on subs compared to other Subway Rest. Up and down the East Coast. Would never set foot in that Subway again. They do not represent the Quality employees I've ever encountered at a Subway in the past. They also instructed me to go to the register to pay for my sandwich before it came out of the oven and then was snippy because they wanted me to choose my toppings. The whole procedure was otally out of sequence! Every Subway I have ever gone to has me pay when my sandwich is complete and bagged, the very last thing! The help had no class or skills dealing with the public; in fact, the younger person working tonight literally threw my niece's receipt at her on the counter and walked away!...

Placed an online order to be ready for 1030 google said place was open so it let me pay went to pick up order at 1045 and... place was closed. Not only did I not receive the food I paid for I have been calling all day to get a refund at first some one answered they hung and no one has answered the phone all day. The staff does their best with what they have but they seem to get little support from upper management.
