Fiesta Tequila Bar — Restaurant in Swansea

If you’re looking for an authentic Mexican restaurant with an exceptional tequila, selection , look no further than Fiesta tequila. From the moment we walked in, the warm earth toned atmosphere and welcoming staff was the perfect setting for our evening. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh and very flavorful. We started with the trio dip sampler which had guacamole, corn esquite and queso along with their amazing chips. We both ordered the Fiesta bowl. One with chicken the other Carne asada. The attention to detail and balance of spice’s and fresh ingredients were cooked to perfection. Their tequila bar is very impressive, offering an extensive list of high-end tequila’s and Mezcals. We both tried the top shelf margarita, which was very smooth, refreshing and made with quality ingredients. Our server Kat was very friendly and attentive. She answered all of our questions and made some great suggestions. The owner stopped by our table to see how we were doing, and to make sure we were taken care of. Ordered takeout on a Tuesday night (7pm). I've had Fiesta Somerset many times over the years (no complaints). Wife ordered a burrito I ordered the chicken fajita plate. Told a 20 min wait, waited 40 mins. Not a huge deal but slightly annoying. A 20 min drive back home, open up my fajita plate, low & behold they did not provide any tortillas. So now I'm either eating a fajita on sliced bread from my pantry, or I'm driving back 20 mins (each way) to Fiesta to get the tortillas. I call and a young kid answers, his response "sorry we are really busy tonight mistakes will happen. You can drive back and we will have tortillas for you". The portions are a lot smaller than Somerset. Ohh and take a look at the pic attached. That's my cheese, sour cream and guacamole. There is cheese somewhere under that mess. This place is a complete joke. It was the first and last time I order from Fiesta Swansea. Do yourself a favor and drive to Somerset if you're craving their mediocre Mexican food. Zero stars...

Exceptional!! Brand new and already rocking with folks who have heard the news about how great this place is. The service today provided by Daniel was friendly, quick and attentive without being overly aggressive. Thanks buddy, you made the night. We had the trio tequila shot sampler. Fantastic. And the presentation by Adrian was both educational and informative. As is the enormous variety of tequilas that wait your sampling. The food was traditionally prepared and delicious. Amazing quality and quantity to satisfy any appetite. The atmosphere was loud but so welcoming and light. A beautiful place with lots of parking and right off of RT. 6. We have lived in the area of this establishment for years and have never seen the parking lot full. The new owners have managed to give us such a new and satisfying experience proven only by the full parking spaces. Thank you Fiesta Tequila Bar - we will be back...
