Cityscape Games: Tacoma Escape Room — Attraction in Tacoma

My friends and I do many escape rooms around Washington and we were not disappointed to try out this one. We did the rockstar room, and didn't know a lot about it before but saw it had wonderful reviews. I have to say, several people felt this was one of their favorite escape rooms they've ever done. And we've done a lot! From the second the room started, you are thrown right into it! We saw some things we have never seen in other rooms, and loved it. Personally I love when a room has a lot of other rooms, this one only slightly has that, but they utilized the space so well. It also was nice that multiple people could be working on multiple puzzles at the same time and didn't have to just stand there waiting for their turn. The room had puzzles that all made sense, which is really nice, as I have a pet peeve about ones that don't actually make sense. I felt like the difficulty of this one was great. Sometimes in rooms we've done in the past, one or two people really lead the entire thing, this one felt like everyone got to truly contribute to it, but without it being way too easy.

Highly recommend this room. Only wish they had a lot more...

I did the Rockstar room with my family of five. We're at varying levels of experience ranging from 2-8 rooms done each. The puzzles in this room seemed to range, with some that felt easy and others that gave us a good brain challenge! We escaped with just six minutes left.

The thematics of this room were absolutely fantastic!! All of the puzzles were expertly designed into the theme of the room. The look and feel was very real too and it made it easy to feel immersed in the experience. Shout out to our Gamemaster, Sam, who was an excellent host. All of the clues and nudges Sam gave us were perfectly timed and didn't feel forced. She is very good at her role!

Overall, our experience here has been one of the best from the different rooms we've done. I personally rank the Rockstar room very high on my list of favorites I've done. Highly recommend this room to anyone looking for a well thought out and executed adventure...

Cityscape Escape was a wonderful escape room experience. My wife and I did the Zookeeper room as our 53rd experience and had an absolute blast. As outlined on their website. The Zookeeper room is a linear puzzle, but it was perfect for two experienced players. Daniel, the game master, was very personable, friendly, and encouraging. He offered small hints when it was clear we had the major idea for how to solve a puzzle but missing one small thing or making it harder on ourselves. Zookeeper had a very cute and fun ending which I will keep a secret so future participants can enjoy the surprise as well. We will definitely be back with friends to do their Rockstar experience and look forward to whatever future rooms are hosted here. We appreciate that the puzzles were made by the owner and that we encountered several unique puzzles that we had not yet encountered. A true 5 star experience for beginners and...
