Crafty AF LLC — Local services in Tacoma

If you need engraving done. Don’t bring it here. I brought in a Stanley cup last year to be engraved. I gave Eric the design and he assured me he could do it. I then text him asking, if he could send over a preview, before he began. He then told me he was confident that he had the correct design and no need to worry blah blah blah…Well picked up my cup the following week and he had done the wrong design. Something similar but not the correct one.

They apologized and offered a discount next time. I had also sent a friend and they damaged her cup, with lazer burning and going maybe too deep. She continued to take her cups to them saying, that they had done a good job. I don’t know why but I decided to try them again and drove over 45min to drop off 2 cups. Eric took them and said he might have a hard time finding the design and so I gave him a couple other options. He then said, he would send me what he’s able to find.

Not one but 4wks went by and no contract. So I reached out to via text, No reply. I sent another text and he finally replied that he had been sick but would be back engraving the next day. I waited 2 more weeks and tried text DMing and calling store and again no answer. I called again and finally they answered. I let them know I, wanted to just pick up my cups, we had hoped to take them on vacation but by the time they answered it only left a couple hours until closing and she said, they were going out of town and wouldn’t be back until Wednesday.

This was absolutely, the worst experience and I should have known better so much, time and gas wasted. And the lady working when I finally, was able to pick up my cups was extremely rude. Did not welcome or greet us when we walked into the store. So I let her know, I was there to pick up cups that I had called about and all she did was point to the other side of the counter. I walked over to the other side had to pick my cups up. She never said one word to us no goodbye no thank you and no sorry. If you want anything engraved, I would not take it here. They are very unprofessional and need to quit ruining people’s cups and wasting...
