Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park — Attraction in Tacoma

I wanted to love it. At first glance, there was so much they offer compared to other trampoline parks in the area. The initial staff was great and helped us get set up. We were debating between the membership or just the one day pass. The manager at the front desk said we can switch it if we change our mind. My kids overall enjoyed it and it’s a bonus it’s next to their grandmas place! Before we left I went back to the front desk to ask them to do an adjustment for the membership. The girls I spoke to said we can’t do that I’m sorry you’ll just have to make a new purchase online. The memberships are half the cost of a day pass and we have already spent $160. I told her the manager said we can change it. She said oh well, obviously it’s our first day. You can go find a manager wearing black. I told her I saw the one that originally told us but she was on break so I didn’t want to bother her. They just brushed me off, so we decided to leave. We might be back (maybe). But please train all your staff to be on...

A massively disappointing experience.

Purchased tickets and Socks online for a specific time and date. The other time and date I wanted was at full capacity or what have you. The Transaction went through fine. I received the email, got my tickets, and the payment was taken from my account.

When I arrived a sign on the door shown "closed…check Facebook". Nothing was posted on their FB page about them being closed. So I call their posted phone number. When nobody answered after 13 minutes I tried to leave a message by pressing 5 like the automated machine stated I should to leave a voicemail. To no avail, they hadn’t set up their voicemail. With no other way of contacting them, I decided to post a review. That is until I can go in and speak to a human.

I’m out 80 bucks plus gas to and from this place. Now I have two upset children. Im just a trying Father with a broken word to his kids.

Brand new and so fun! The employees are great, I hope they stay fun and engaged in kid activities! They would cheer the kids on which makes your time there even more fun! There's so much to do. I have a pre teen and a son who is 5 years younger with special needs. My pre teen said she loved how there was a wide variety of activities that keeps kids of all ages entertained. The trampoline area is smaller compared to other places but there's dodge ball, wipe out bar, battle bar, obstacle course (with clear balls that made it look amazing! Also gives the option to time the course!), a playground, bumper cars (some that flip!), laser tag, and ropes courses! Very cool, great staff, very needed...
