I was so excited when this location opened up because I previously had to drive very far out of my way to get my Bigfoot. However, Iām getting to the point Iād rather drive to another location. The staff here is unprofessional, they take ten years to get an order out (which the first few times I took into consideration theyāre new however I have realized its more due to the fact they are too busy socializing and goofing off), I have to jrepeat my order constantly they do not know how to actively listen to their customers, Iāve even had one girl get an attitude with me because I asked for decaf instead of regular (I'm sorry that my heart condition is inconvenient for her), Iāve also asked for decaf and received regular and halfway through realized I got caffeine because I recognize the way my body responds to it. This is my most serious complaint. People with heart conditions cannot have caffeine so we rely on our baristas to make sure theyāre actually using decaf. The only reason Im giving two stars is because thereās one lady in particular who is AMAZING every time she helps me. I wish I knew her name. She is great, she actively listens to the order, never forgets to make a connection with me and everyone in my car, sheās fast, and she has never got my order wrong. Sheās also very professional. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm not quite sure if there was a language barrier or what but my girlfriends husband was sent to this stand for 2 Carmel apple drinks, 1 was 1 can, the other was 2 can and when he brought them back both drinks had not 1 drop of Carmel in them!! It was an Asian gal, not that I have an issue with that. The issue I have been having is drinks not being made the way you order them. Or when you order a signature drink my favorite is the mythical mocha I gave up after awhile just because some make it correctly so the drink is awesome then you go back later or a different day and it's bitter and disgusting. I think I'm just done wasting my money on drinks when there's such a discrepancy in the drinks when there shouldn't be, especially if they're signature drinks. I've been trying for a while to keep going back, Maybe, just a barista having an off day, but I'm just done now. I'm taking my money somewhere else. And I have been a loyal customer for awhile now spendinding quite a bit of money buying multiple drinks at a time. But I'm done when I can go to a little mom and pop shop and they get your drink right the first time everything, I guess I'll be giving my money to them instead. Whoever this new Friday night/Saturday morning chick is w/the big ol chi chis and no bra has the absolute WORST customer service ever!! I pull up and sheās just standing at the other window talking, talking, talking for 4 minutes (not making a drink or cashing someone out) before I finally decided to lightly honk my horn once. She came to the window and I told her I wasnāt sure if she saw me since she hadnāt acknowledged me at all. She told me, yeah because I had a customer. I told her thatās understandable, but she couldāve at least acknowledged me so I knew she saw me and didnāt have to honk. She made my coffee, took my card which has my bossā name on it, I had to ask her to pls put my number in, she rudely handed me the card back said have a good night and closed the window. I didnāt sign anything nor was I given a receipt before she closed the window on me. Then her ācustomerā who seemed to be her friend/boyfriend moved from parking next to her and pulled right back up to the window, Iām sure so they could talk some more. Worst barista theyāve had thus far. Shout out fo the day shift though, the beautiful mixed lady...
