Tacos Guaymas — Restaurant in Washington

I love this location of the franchise, the interior is very upscale and the food can not be compared to any other Mexican restaurant. When I go to other restaurants for Mexican food I get a strong case of the sadness because my dollar stretches farther here, its cheaper and the portions are larger and the atmosphere is just as great. I hope this business always does well so I can eat here until I die! XD My only complaint is the last time I ordered my food without meat or dairy and there was a spec of chicken in it. If that ever happens again I will not be able to come back, I hope it does not because it would break my heart to never eat here again. Edit: Found chicken again. To start with we ordered two wet burritos vegan with green sauce and they made it with red sauce and it had to be remade. Not the biggest deal but just feels the staff was sloppy overall when I found chicken in our food again. Someone in the kitchen needs to be educated on what it means to be vegan, if that was deliberate then shame on them. Great food but can't recommend it to Vegans like myself especially when they advertise Vegan options on their menu. I went here today for the first time and ordered the carnitas wet burrito. The service was polite, friendly, and fast. The pico de gallo, pickled jalapeno/onion/carrot, and avocado sauce were very good. The burritos came (my friend and I ordered the same item as well as a carne asada wet burrito to go for her husband) and the presentation was very nice. The flavor however was not good. The meat tasted dry and almost bitter/burnt and the sauce was vinegary, not what I was expecting. The second taste of the ingredients made me question the freshness of the items. The server was very friendly and polite and I didn't say anything at the time, just chalked it up to my taste buds being off. Once home, about half an hour later, I asked my friend if she was feeling ok, that my stomach wasn't too happy and she said she and her husband just got sick as well. Too much of a coincidence for me that all three of us, who had been feeling fine, all got sick less than 2 hours after eating at this location. I came in here and ordered food. The manager came over to my table and asked me if I ordered Guacamole.. I said I asked for the guacamole that was going to come on my husband's dish to be put on mine. So technically no I didn't order it. He said oh that's what I thought. He then walked away. When he came by again I asked him why was he asking and he explained that the lady who rang me up brought me a side and basically didn't charge me for it. I looked at him like, ok so? Like why are you coming to my table being rude to me because the lady that rang me up didn't speak good English, therefore she didn't understand what I was asking? True my husband could have asked for it on the side and just gave it to me, but I didn't know it would be such a big deal. When you ask a customer something maybe you could not be so rude about it.
