The greatest waster of my time as a customer; abruptly stopping service for me at least three times to deal with a coworker about matters that were clearly not urgent, while I waited. The printing department is A-mazing. They are the most friendliest, helpful and patient people in the whole store. Every time I come in Saxon is always there open to any task, ready to solve any problem. Today, I had a job I have been trying to figure out for 2 weeks! I went to the printing department, Saxon made my entire day. He explained to me why I couldn't accomplish my vision and how many people have tried the same thing I was doing, but most importantly he re-worked my entire project step by step. He made sure it was exactly how I envisioned it and went an extra step and cut everything out for me once he did the graphic and printed it.

He will never know how he impacted my day as these were items I was creating for my daughter’s high school graduation party. They are perfect and he deserves to know how much he was appreciated! He deserves a BIG FAT RAISE, pizza...

After buying from this store comparing price with wal mart for over a year at lease 3 times a week sometimes maybe 4 or 5 times a week this one particular day I came in the managers Scott and Vicky told me I could no longer compare price and was very unprofessional about the whole situation even after that I went to Walmart bought the same exact items then bought them back to the store and showed them the receipt where I had just bought the exact items they told me I could no longer compare prices on. I wouldnt recommend anyone to spend there money with these prejudiced people at this particular store. Seems like to me they don't want to see a black man doing something other than selling drugs.
