Alright it's hard to rate this place bc it's my cousins favorite place. Look I went there it was not my first time. I have gone before on when I visit Tally. Not while I'm under no disillusion that ALL restaurants have some form of peat one way or the other, I was very annoyed that AS I ATE my food a roach came crawling down the wall at by booth. It looked at me, I looked at it, I looked around at my other "invited" company and said we'll "who invited him"🤣. Like I said, my cousin loves this place. So he just moved over and beore long the fang thing disappeared. Honestly I took my eyes off him for a sec and he was gone.
Since it's my cup fav place im sure he'll still frequent. But as foe me and my stomach, I'm good-no.
Service: I still don't understand why they need those rolling robots to deliver the food. Maybe the servers have weak arms. But while the robot is a cute thing, in the space itself the Robot is the most sophisticated thing there. Even if the place gets super busy in the evening (I was there for lunch with 2 people and and throughout our service there were less than 10 patrons in the building dining in) the use of the Robot seems unnecessary. The server walks behind the thing and then must take the food off, unless 🤔 maybe the diners take their own food off when the place gets busy. The Robot does roll to your designated table by GPS (or something😅)
Well if you're an Indian food enthusiasts you may love it. But again. I expect what I expect and I don't expect the SEE uninvited guest "as I dine." it just means they don't fear me or anyone in the kitchen 😅🤣.
Atmosphere: it's average. There is a buffet cart thing stuck in the back so maybe at some time it's a buffet 🤔 so that can help with the visual and style.
Food: you are able to select you items and have them "heated" flavor-wize from 1-6 🔥 🔥 🥵 . I had the curry goat, my other two guest had lamb one way or the other. It was enjoyable. The...
Read morePersis Indian Grill is a fairly average dining option for those seeking Indian cuisine. While the restaurant provides a decent selection of dishes, the overall experience leaves something to be desired.
The ambiance of Persis Indian Grill is relatively simple and somewhat lacking in the vibrant colors and decor one might expect from an Indian restaurant. The seating arrangements are comfortable, but the atmosphere doesn't quite evoke the warmth and richness typically associated with Indian culture.
As for the menu, there is a reasonable variety of dishes to choose from. However, the quality of the food is hit or miss. Some dishes, like the Chicken Tikka Masala, are flavorful and well-spiced, while others, such as the Palak Paneer, fall short in terms of taste and texture. It seems that the kitchen struggles with consistency when it comes to executing these classic Indian dishes.
The service at Persis Indian Grill is adequate but not exceptional. The waitstaff is polite and attentive, but they don't go the extra mile to create a memorable dining experience. You may find yourself waiting longer than expected for your food to arrive, which can be frustrating, especially during busy times.
In terms of pricing, Persis Indian Grill is on par with other Indian restaurants in the area. However, given the inconsistency in the quality of the food and the lackluster ambiance, the value for your money may not be as high as you would hope.
In conclusion, Persis Indian Grill offers an acceptable, if not remarkable, dining experience for those seeking Indian cuisine. While there are some enjoyable dishes and the service is generally satisfactory, the overall experience leaves room for improvement. If you're looking for a truly exceptional Indian dining experience, you may want to explore other options...
Read moreWe used to go to Persis for more than a year and we used to go there very oftenly. Their food is so good and the previous staff was very friendly and nice. Specially there was a very nice lady who treated everyone the same way with a nice and pleasant smile. She used to be the cashier before.
But I had a vey bad experience today. I went today to have lunch with my family to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It was 1.53pm when we reached there. The guy who was in the cashier said that he cannot take any order after 2pm if we want to dine in. So we had no choice and not given enough time to make the order. We had to rush placing the order. This guy said us to just leave without saying it directly but just giving us a time limit that he may thought we cannot make a full order. If that happened we may end up only with the appetizer we ordered at first. Fortunately we knew the menu as we used to go there often and we knew what to order. So we made the order before 2pm.
While we were inside the the same guy accepted 2 American ladies for dine in at 2.13pm and 2.17 pm. Also he accepted another Indian couple at 2.27pm. This restaurant had not shown any policy in their website stating that no customer can make orders after 2pm. Then why they treat people by looking at their color, race or ethnicity ? This is very rude and disrespectful. This is what you call discrimination. We questioned about this from that guy and he said he cannot say “NO” to those people who came after 2pm. Then why he gave us a very limited time(less than 7 minutes) to place the order?
Learn about the customer service from the workers who worked at you place before. They never mistreated any customer.
Also this guy didn't give me any receipt for my payment. He completely...
