Nice park, not a bad price for rental BUT...beware, if you have a function that requires decorations, brace yourself! I rented a shelter for my sons 1st birthday and when I called to reserve it and make payment I asked “can I put decorations up?” The answer was “Yes, as long as you take everything down when you leave.” Perfect right?... WRONG! On the day of I arrived early and started setting up only to be told 45 minutes later by a park maintenance guy driving around in a golf cart that I had to take EVERYTHING down because I couldn’t use tape to put things up anywhere on the shelter. When I told him about my conversation he pretty much called me a liar because “no one would tell you that” so I pulled up my email on my phone and showed him who I had spoken to to which he said “oh... ummm... she’s been there like 20 years she should know. But you still need to take everything down” when I asked him how exactly I was going to put things up without tape his response was “idk, your problem not mine” and when I showed him tape ALL OVER THE SHELTER FROM PAST EVENS he had nothing to say and got in his golf cart and drove around my shelter for an hour making sure I took everything down and didn’t use tape. My sons parry was an hour late to start because I had to re-invent the wheel to put things up. Needless to say I will NEVER do anything else at this park. Not to mention that they charge and extra $30 to have a bounce house and make you have a generator and tell you that the shelter doesn’t have electricity when in fact IT DOES! So it was lie on top of lie... very bad experience! If google would let me give 0...

Read moreExcellent park for Jogging/Walking/Biking, a complete loop on the paved track is about 1.25 miles, it has other unpaved section with a dirt trail of about ~ half a mile. There is plenty of shade at noon if the sun is an issue on the unpaved trail.
It has a section to bring your pooch which is divided for big and small dogs, if you are nervous having your small chihuahua (a barking one with attitude) next to the big dogs is perfect as you can keep it safe from the big dogs.
It has two restrooms, on the north and south east side of the paved track with water fountains, the north fountain is actually cold water if you need to stop for a quick drink or get the sweat out of your eyes :-)
It also has a small playing ground for small kids and a huge open space that can be used to play any sports that requires distance.
There are two ponds that fall within the boundaries of the park. The northern pond offers fishing.
It has a community center "The Hunt Community Center" with a small fitness room that has free lifting weights, a couple of treadmills, an Elliptical, showers and a few other machines that I can't name. The center offers a computer room and zumba classes for a minimum fee if interested. I believe the membership is less than $20/ years for residents and $32/year for non-residents outside...
