During the COVID pandemic many changes had to take place. A basic baking class started in February 2020. I took only 3 out of 11 schedule baking classes for which I paid the full amount of $500. At that time I was working and going to school full time. A verbal agreement was made to give a credit and add it to the Masters Plus class for which I paid a little over $500 out of $1,500. Today I found out the credit will not be applied. I was very excited to take the classes until now. I just lost $1000. Hope you enjoy them. I guess that the business needs the money more than I do. Wow all the reviews are darn near the same… strangers can’t be telling the same lies on one company! So, we yall even bother to go here! There’s soooooo many more bake supplies stores, that offer great services + operates on a professional level! STOP! Wasting time and energy into a place that doesn’t care, for you money!!! They’re telling you over & over again! And for the person running the business, who cares more about her employees well being THAN her customers, as clearly forgotten that it wasn’t her employees who came in bought stuff! Very irresponsible they advertise something in Facebook I've had a 35 minute drive to get to the store and when I get there it's closed for the next three days instead of their owner writing that sorry for the inconvenience the store will be closed she gave me an attitude and said that I was trying to shut her down her business this is not how people run business she does not care about her clients I don't recommend you coming here at all there was another lady waiting as well I'm feenin that she have paid some classes since last year and she still haven't been able to...
