I stopped here to eat my lunch after going through the fast food drive thru. I parked and sat in my car to eat then looked over to see an overflowing dumpster!! It looks like people are using the parks dumpster for personal use. They need either a better gate around it or locks...it's a shame to see all that trash and even furniture outside the dumpster and intruding into the parking lot...As far as the actual park goes it looked mowed and well kept by the City Of Tampa. Maybe a good place to bring kids to play as there did not seem to be any scary looking people hanging out there..just not a good choice to park to eat lunch as the view of an overflowing dumpster does nothing for...

To the one shelter that almost everyone reserves for parties, to the gazebo, which was a nice touch that they added a few years ago! Its centered in a nice neighborhood. The playground area has a little bit of trash and needs a paint job but it is nice and shaded with 4 swings for smaller kids and 4 swings for larger kids. It is not the biggest of playgrounds; great for littler kids. Basketball courts and soccer field with goals available to play. Bathroom on site, as well. Parking lot is paved and has about 15 spaces but was only half full when we go...
