I was referred here by my girlfriend and was colored and styled by Erin.

First and foremost - the atmosphere of this salon is spot on and clean. Unlike other salons there’s not really a lot of styling tools out taking up and cluttering the place and it feels like a detox sitting down in a clear space with good tunes on to get your hair done. I should note that from the check-in process to seeing every team member walk by with their own clients… everyone was friendly. The best way I can describe is it being an ego free zone making one feel very comfortable and I can’t say that happens often in hair salons.

I came to get my hair done after my old stylist back home burned my hair off with bleach so I was SUPER nervous. Erin from the start was super amazing with making me feel comfortable and talking me through the process of not only what would look the most natural (what I requested), but what would also help me achieve my goals with regrowth. The entire process was awesome from the skill of knowing how to perfectly color and NOT having to use heat lamps that fry my hair off. Erin took extra attention to make sure my hair wash and experience was comfortable as I deal with sensory processing and overstimulation. I finally felt like getting my hair done was a treat for once. The final product???? The best my hair has looked in over 15 years. Natural, shiny, and most important, healthy.

I honestly don’t know where to start but as a warmer blonde with a little bit of a darker root, I have been getting my hair highlighted for my whole life.It wasn’t until about a year ago that I was recommend Destiny, and I have to say out of all of the hairstylist's, all of the highlights, the fulls and partials I’ve ever gotten Destiny‘s work ethic and talent is simply unmatched. She is not only the sweetest girl but she gives you exactly what you ask for, x10 she leaves my hair looking and feeling the best. Whenever I get my hair done with her I feel so rejuvenated. I think I want to go to Destiny for the rest of my life for my blonde highlights done of the work she does. I absolutely love how she makes my hair look and feel. She does exactly what I ask. She makes it as blonde as I want, with no problem. The first time I got a full head of highlights and layers and she did such an amazing job that my hair still looked very natural and my roots didn’t look very prominent with the grow out. Her style and technique left my hair looking very natural as it grew out. She is very good with cutting and styling as well which has been hard for me to find and trust in the past with previous hairstylist's. She always does an overall phenomenal job and I can’t recommend her enough, if you have blonde hair go to Destiny because she will have you looking the best and feeling the best!!!! Seriously the best to ever do it!! Go to Destiny if you want to leave the salon freaking...

I visited this salon recently, and I am extremely disappointed with both the service and treatment I received. The hairstylist, , was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I explained my preferences for my haircut, she seemed uninterested and impatient. I even pointed out that she hadn’t cut the front properly, to which she responded dismissively, saying, ‘Oh, I didn’t finish that,’ in a condescending tone and rude .During my blowout, I asked her to focus on my roots, as they were rough, but she ignored my request and only gave minimal attention to them, leaving my hair feeling unrefined. To make matters worse, she didn’t even finish styling my hair herself; she passed me off to another stylist to curl my hair, which was highly disrespectful. When it was time to pay, I was charged more than what I had originally booked for, and it felt like an attempt to take advantage of me. I also felt uncomfortable and unwelcome due to her attitude, which I believe was influenced by bias. This is, hands down, the most disappointing and unpleasant salon experience I’ve had in Tampa.
