Royal Palm Motel — Hotel in Tampa

Horrible place to stay it is infested with cockroaches seriously and they are very rude they tell you that you have to go inside after 10pm and if you don't listen to them they will call the cops. There is rats outside and spiders and cockroaches crawling all over you in your sleep and the owners are very rude they do charge you based on how they feel at the time. This place is not somewhere you want to stay they charged me and my husband 290$ for a double bed for a week and I feel like I should pay 190$ which is what it use to be there is prostitute's right in front of the place and crack heads and druggies trying to sell you drugs walking right up to you. I can't even sit outside without being bothered. I wish I can post a video because I just opened the microwave to heat up my coffee and there is about 20 cockroaches in the microwave and they crawl all...

Customer service is good.The owner lady is very nice,she was flexible w me when I needed it..strict about pets,I had to have her service pet paperwork.plus $5 deposit for her(which is illegal),but whatever,it was hott outside was trying to get a roof over our heads!!!Price is OUTRAGEOUS!!!$85 a night!10am checkout!Did have clean towels though,and they actually gave me two.room not the cleanest, suggest u bring ur own sheets,oh and definitely don't sit on chairs!!!could probably get a room online for $30 less,but I don't have a credit card.it is...

Crappy motel with only hookers, druggies, and drug dealers. Don't forget crack heads. Management doesn't care and the guy isn't the friendly type. Also don't count on a refund if not happy. Dirty rooms and expect someone to knock on your door to sell you something or try to buy. Should be closed down. P.s. don't sleep on the bed. Bring your own protective gear. Good Luck.
