Nail Tips — Attraction in Tampa

The worst place u can go, they'll make u wait for 45 minutes and then tell u they can't do a gel color change. They claim they close at 8p and that's a lie.... I've been here since 6p. All I wanted was the color changed on my toes. They could have simply said they could not do it upon my arrival because I was about to drive back to Orlando and they wanted to close up early but No, they wasted time with 2 individual that were VERY indecisive on what they wanted and KEPT adding on the service. (Ex. They came to get the hands and Feet done and when I got there one was close to getting her hands polished and the other one was done then all of a sudden wanted another clear coat on her toes, followed by wanting to get her eyelashes done then popped up with the idea of getting her eyebrows done as well as other things AFTER the lady was about to come and give me service.) 😡😡😡 very poor customer serious to me and the next person who walked in and the people who called on the phone. As soon as a lady walked in they told her they couldn't do what she wanted (625p) but had me still there. Whenever I come back to Tampa I will never go there. Sad part about it I ALWAYS leave a large tip without a doubt. Very upset with this location. DONT ADVERTISE u close everyday at 8p when u really don't it's FALSE...

New to neighborhood, visit this location on 02/9/23. I arrived at 5:30 and requested manicure and pedicure with designs. The lady available did my pedicure and the gentleman did my manicure. The work was amazing. I gave both $10 each in cash. The reason for the 1 star is for the simple fact I paid with my credit total for service was $75, which I signed my receipt $0 tip since I paid in cash. The charge pended for the $75 until 02/13/23. It went from $75 to $80 withdrawn from my account. I called the business and she says no manager, I called 6 times over a two day period. I finally had to dispute the charge after going up there and being advised manager is not in. Please check your receipt and bank statement. They are adding additional monies that do not BELONG to them. Great work, VERY BAD BUSINESS ETHICS....

Horrible service! Had my nails prepped already and just needed a polish change, but was told I would not be serviced because I already had fake nails on. The employees had an attitude and tossed customers back and forth between nail specialists.The specialist treated my nails horribly, if they weren't fake, I would be concerned for my nails. She filed the nail-bed down to make it thinner, and pinched my fingers around the cuticle while painting my nails. They were sore for about 2 days after, which should never be the case.
