Umm...Ian. Ian. Ian. Ian. He deserves 20+ stars. I came in, hoping for some recommendations for my 47 yo skin, (and in this humidity)...my current products were just not doing me any favors. He didn't just pull some products off the shelf; he really took the time to explain product variations, colors, application techniques, and listened to what problem areas I wanted to correct. He applied products and explained why and where they should be applied, he didn't try to just push a bunch of products on me that I didn't need, and honestly, just with quick application, I couldn't believe how much he transformed my face to something that gave an aging woman a huge boost of confidence! He truly went above and beyond. The best part is I was weary that I wouldn't be that impressed with the products when I tried applying myself, but thanks to his direction, I was thrilled to get the results I had hoped for, not even close to his amazing application, but still enough to be 100% satisfied with all his product recommendations. Also, love that he was knowledgeable about Tarte's clean ingredients, as I am huge on products that benefit your skin. If anyone is looking for an artist to glam you up for an event, or just for some amazing recommendations, you won't be disappointed. Ian, you are a rockstar and should be out there working your magic at a higher level!! Thank you! Read moreI was just at this location a little over a half hour ago. And although the store looks beautiful on the inside, no one out of the 5 to 6 employees that were there offered to help me. I was there no more than 10 minutes… no one said hello. No one asked me how my day was going, and no one asked me if they could help me find anything. And as I was walking out of the doors to this Sephora store, no one said thank you for shopping. There was also a gentleman in the store at this point in time shopping and no one offered him help either… which is pathetic!!
Now I’ve worked in retail for 17 years and you always want a customers business. You also always want a customer to come back. Out of the many employees that I saw there the only employee that I had interaction with was the girl who rang me out. I was very disappointed in my visit to this Sephora store, and needless to say I won’t be returning!!! Read moreI had an appointment at 5:45PM with Jennifer. I was 15 min late and the makeup artist was not happy. She canceled me in the system and had an attitude to start. She only gave me 45 min of service and did not give me at all what I asked for. She would ask me questions and I would answer and she would then ask again. She was not actively listening. It was pretty but it was natural. I wanted glam. I tipped her and probably should've done less or none. I would not go back, I was not trying to be late. I was in the area when my appointment started looking for parking. I apologized for being late. Here's the thing she didn't call me, I was driving so I couldn't look up a phone number. She could've called after 5 or 10 min past my appointment to check on me but she did not.
