I was just at this location a little over a half hour ago. And although the store looks beautiful on the inside, no one out of the 5 to 6 employees that were there offered to help me. I was there no more than 10 minutes… no one said hello. No one asked me how my day was going, and no one asked me if they could help me find anything. And as I was walking out of the doors to this Sephora store, no one said thank you for shopping. There was also a gentleman in the store at this point in time shopping and no one offered him help either… which is pathetic!!

Now I’ve worked in retail for 17 years and you always want a customers business. You also always want a customer to come back. Out of the many employees that I saw there the only employee that I had interaction with was the girl who rang me out. I was very disappointed in my visit to this Sephora store, and needless to say I won’t be returning!!! Thank you to many employees who work at this location who are getting paid to do an insufficient job at customer service!!
