5 STARS!!!!! Let me start by saying I have shopped at Williams-Sonoma a few times before and I have always had good experiences. Our Experience today with Martha however was Exceptional! My Husband and I drove to Tampa to do some shopping for our New Home we are building and to have Lunch. We walked into this location and were greeted by Martha. We began to look around and having already reviewed the Williams Sonoma website we were familiar with the items we were interested in. When the time came where we needed help I looked up smiled and waved over to Martha, she stopped what she was doing and came right up to us. We began discussing everything we wanted to purchase. They had a good selection of Le Creuset and some of the All-Clad and Kitchen-aid items as well. At first we were hesitant to order the items that were not available in store however we felt so comfortable with Martha we went ahead and ordered the rest. She even suggested other items and colors we had not considered before; the Color of a Mixer and a Heritage Le Creuset Casserole Dish. Once we paid we went to have lunch and afterward she was Kind enough to Wheel everything out to our Car! This was a Lovely Shopping experience we had with Martha and not just an Experience but a Memory my Husband and I have purchasing beautiful Cookware for our First Home Purchase together! Our Memory with Martha at Williams Sonoma will be with us forever. Every time we have Friends and Family in our home and have the Pleasure of Creating Delicious Meals and Beautiful Memories with them we will remember how Lovely we were treated and the Great Care and Attention Martha gave...
Read moreIf I could give this review zero stars I would. I placed an order from Williams Sonoma because of the brand being of high quality and well-known. On November 1st, I ordered over $800 worth of food for Thanksgiving. My initial delivery date was the week of November 8th which gave me plenty of time for a Pre-Thanksgiving event I was hosting. I spoke to Terry with Customer Service on 11/6 to insure I would be receiving my order the follow week. He confirmed that it would be shipping out Monday or Tuesday and I would be receiving it 2 days later. My event came and went, and I still have not received my order. When I check the tracking it says “Preparing to Ship” for the last two weeks. I spoke to Amber from Customer Service on 11/9 - explaining my situation. I figured since I did not get the food in time for my event, perhaps I could just have it for Thanksgiving. She explained to me that my order was preparing to ship and that she could not issue a refund/return although it had not left their facility yet. I’m extremely unsatisfied as I do not have my order, and they aren’t able to issue a refund. At this rate, it will be Christmas and I will be still waiting for my order. For such a high end and quality company, this has been an nightmare. I am now rushing to find another Thanksgiving catering company and I’m $800+ in the hole. Read moreI love this store and have had many pleasant times in other ones; however, I was not impressed with the staff in this particular one. A lady asked me if I needed help with anything as soon as I walked in, and I said no I was just browsing today. She looked me up and down and gave me a look of “yeah right.” What I think is funny, is I understand there are pricier items in these stores so maybe I don’t “look” like the right clientele, but there are also a lot of great finds for reasonable prices here too. I was dressed in a sundress and flip flops because my husband and I were going to the beach after but I don’t see why my age and clothes automatically determine my status as a customer. I also don’t understand why very clearly looking me up and down is ever appropriate. I get that we all do it and make certain judgments of people, but if you want to keep customers in your store and make them feel comfortable, you shouldn’t be so obvious about it. side note: I did find a cute airplane cookie cutter which I would have loved to buy as my husband and I are both pilots but I’ll order online now or find something like it on amazon. also, the store was very neat and clean, and they had great displays.
