Massab Acres Greenhouse & Farm — Attraction in Taylor

Gotta say Massab really picked up the ball that was dropped by another local Acres and Greenhouse who ghosted me after a couple weeks of emails for my project.

Meet with them in early June. They came out to look over my project area, took some pictures and later the same day schedule a consultation. Day of the consult the provided multiple ideas from our prior meeting. Toured me around their grounds to look at their products from the drafts.

They wrote everything up, went over next steps. Their rep came out and killed off the weeds and grown in grass in the area, then followed up with me on a set date for installation for early July. It was completed today (July 2nd). I was unexpectedly working from home and didn’t even know they had arrived until they knocked and wanted me to confirm the placement of products.

I ordered river rock from this company and I am highly upset with the outcome. I called and made sure the river rock is the same Rock I had got last time from 2 years ago they said yes it would be. I made sure to ask that it was 1 - 3 inch Rock and they said absolutely you're right. Well long story short the rock is all basically 1-inch Rock, doesn't match what I had previously ordered. I called to see if they would reason with this issue and the owner would not speak with me but said that's impossible it's the same company they've always got Rock from and it's 1 - 3 inches.
