Martin's Home Center — Attraction in Tecumseh

Martin's was recommended to us by my husband's coworker. We purchased a couch (sectional) from them in early 2020. Not only did they have the best price (on both the couch and delivery) but also the best service. I don't care where we move to, we'll be getting all of our furniture from them going forward.

Also worth mentioning, when the couch was being delivered, it appeared that the wrong pieces may had been ordered (making the long side on the wrong side). The delivery driver called the store and without missing a beat they were going to reorder a new one on rush and leave this one with us so had a couch in the mean time. That is way above and beyond what I would've expected. Thankfully, once the pieces were attached, it was the correct set up. That is just an example of their outstanding...

Terrible customer service and very rude!! Will never support them again! Went to purchase a new washing machine and picked one out. They said they had 4 in stock. Sent us across town to pick it up. Got there and he said they don't have any in stock. When we returned to the store they just assumed we wanted the floor model. And I asked if there would be a discount for it and I was rudely cut off by a "ITS NEVER BEEN USED ITS THE SAME THING!" Now understand if that's policy or whatever that's fine. But he was super rude and at that point I would rather go somewhere else. No apologies were made for the inconvenience. Just a really bad experience. I recently purchased a GE profile washer and dryer at Martins.Not only were the prices comparable -they were cheaper than most competitors! And I researched prices! I was leaving for a trip when my dryer and washer suddenly quit -and I needed same day delivery! No problem! Dave worked it out! What’s more-.the installation was superior! The guys completely cleaned out the dryer ducts inside and out -before installing the new dryer. The following day I had some questions about my new profile washer and Brandon came right out to the house to walk me through the computerized functionality.!
