AZ Tip & Toes Nails — Attraction in Tempe

Went today to get a mani with my 17 year old daughter. This has to be the worst experience we have ever had. The ladies doing our nails were very rude and unprofessional. The lady said something about the light with her thick accent. My daughter had to ask her what she meant. The lady became very frustrated very fast. She started speaking to the lady doing my nails which was next to her. After that both ladies had bad attitudes. The lady doing my nails started working on my flowers on my ring finger. She did dot flowers which looked like a two year old had done them. I asked for her to redo it. Her attitude was rigid and I no longer wanted a flower I just wanted to leave. She left cotton ball in the wet nail polish. When I told her she said no it was fine and to just go get my eye brows waxed. I said no its not fine and she replied that she would fix it when I was done with my eyebrows. I went to get my eyebrows done and she messed up my eyebrows! On the top of my right eyebrow there is now a chunk of hair missing! I don't know if she did it out of malice or just having a bad attitude. I would not recommend this...

I went in for a removal of my full set and a new set. Short wait, they got right to me, however when removing my old set, the lady doing my nails cracked my natural nail almost halfway down, causing me to be in pain for the remainder of the process. Every time she did something to that nail, I would flinch, and she nicked me with the drill a few times. I showed her a photo of the shape I wanted (purple nails) and was extremely disappointed with what I walked out the door with (navy blue). I specifically asked for the coffin shape to be skinny, flat on top, and pointy at the corners, and ended up with very round nails with uneven tops. Don't even start me on the thumbs. The nails are so short and fat I can hardly stand to look at them. Extremely expensive ($51), and the nails were not very long either. A few feel like they could come off at any moment, and the woman filed so aggressively that my nails and fingers felt like they were on fire, and my hands are still sore. Never coming here again. Would not recommend at all unless you make an appointment with Jason. I'd rate this place...

I arrived to this establishment at around 6:05pm to have a fill and so that my sister could get a full set. My sister and two nieces ran inside while I parked my car. The person that greeted my sister at the desk asked how many people would be needing services and my sister responded by telling her two people. She told my sister that it would be perfectly fine but that it would be a 30 minute wait. My sister let her know that we would be ok with waiting. Then that same lady was shocked to see me when I walked in and wakes up to us asking if I was that second person. I responded to her and said yes I just need a fill. She stated that she assumed it was my 7 year old niece that would be the second person. Why would a 7 year old need a fill first of all and second of all you asked how many people not who was having service done. She stated that she would only have time for either me or my sister. I asked her if I was getting a discount for the inconvenience and she stated no. I can’t believe I waited all that time for her to just turn us away because of...
