I made an appointment at this salon after a bad experience at another salon. When I came in there was 2 people doing manicures, this is important. Everything was alright at first the lady who welcomed me in was nice along with the lady who did my pedicure. She got some paint on my toes but not a big deal. The issue came when another person in who didn't appear to have an appt. They asked me to wait 5 mins to take care of the other person. The lady was finishing up my pedi so I didn't mind but as I said earlier they had 2 people doing manicures and I was told to wait. 5 mins passed so I asked how long I would have to wait, the lady who did my feet asked if I was in a rush What does that have to do anything with anything? I made an appt so I should be taken care of first than the person who walked in. The woman who did my nails rushed through my nails. She didn't check to make sure they are the same length and no they are not. I have paint on my fingers and they are not coffin. She rushed over to take care of the person who came in. She made very little small talk and kept sighing when doing my nails. They tried giving me a card for punch in and 7days to correct my nails. Why would I want to come back when this happened to me? She had asked me to check my nails to see if it was ok this is your job. I paid and left no tip. I'm done with nail salons, if you had a good experience here good for you. Painful, humiliating, and poor quality SNS Dip Removal/Mani from CHAU @ Chau Bella Nails! Unfortunately, even after calling ahead of time to schedule an appt for an SNS Dip manicure, it was clear CHAU did not have the time nor desire to do my nails. When she started trying to scrape the current coat of dip off my real nail I asked her to please soak them first and told her I have sensitive nails and that she was hurting me. She immediately gave me attitude and put my hands in the acetone for about 30 seconds before she took them out and proceeded to attempt to separate the hard coating shell from my real nail again by jamming the scraper between the two. When I winced and flinched in pain she literally laughed at me, even though I apologized for taking her time (I just have sensitive nails and care about my nail health!) She was rude and condescending and treated me as a major inconvenience the short time I was in her chair. She was clearly annoyed and only applied two coats of color dip on my first hand and one coat on my second hand! I have never experienced such terrible customer service and strongly advise anyone looking for quality SNS Dip mani services to search elsewhere. Horrible experience. As a woman I was appalled by the female owners sexism. I saw multiple reviews where clients have stated that the owner told them “that women need to stop opening their legs” I did not believe the reviews until I heard this exact statement for myself. On top of this, my nails only lasted 8 days. How does this happen with “the newest acrylic product” that this owner claims to use? The owner also made blatant racist remarks. I also was very weirded out when she started talking about how she had so much money and how her car is so expensive. She also kept ranting about her down payment on her cyber truck. Then went on to talk about how others cars were so much less expensive than hers. I’m sorry but I did not pay to get yelled at by the owner about how rich her family was.
