Do not use the customization instructions because they do not abide by them and are extremely dismissive about the error on their part. I say it is an error on their part because it seems that other customers also experience this where they put specific measurements in the order and it is not used by the team when constructing pieces. In addition to the patterns found on Google reviews, I found that someone on Reddit posted something about this issue as well. Sadly I did not see this before my purchase, wish I did.

I just lost hundreds of dollars because of it. I specifically put in the notes as instructed in the listing to add specific measurements. I followed up with them and they confirmed to put the measurements in the notes section of the order only to find they did not abide by it. Then I tried to tell them about this issue and they said, “Here’s 40 percent off, go buy a new one.”

If you can't abide by your instructions please do not place them in the listing. It’s a false advertisement and incredibly disappointing as a customer especially when the order amounts to hundreds of dollars. Maybe that's nothing to the company but that's a lot for a...

You'll be less dissapointed if you set your money on fire. It sounds dramatic but this is what happened.

I ordered a custom bodysuit from Solstice Intimates with high hopes - their IG makes their products look fantastic and sexy. When I recieved my order it was three inches too short and looked totally disfigured when I put it on (I was exactly the same weight/ size as when I ordered and I had taken my measurements meticulously as it was quite an investment for me).

It felt like a tragedy and I thought it could be fixed....

I contacted Nat and Kathryn in a friendly manner ( owners of Solstice) hoping for an amicable solution and expressing my dissapointment. They offered to give me a measly 40% off a new order OR to cut it in half for me (aswell as being unapolagetically condescending). Frankly, I ordered a bodysuit not a top and bottom for a reason, and 40% off... after botching the first order... Really???!!

Just imagine what else you could do with $200 and do...

So disappointed. I had high hopes for the pieces I ordered especially because they were supposed to be custom. I sent my exact measurements (and no I didn’t lose weight) and they arrived after 4 months and the pieces I received were gigantic. They looked and fit like they had grabbed random garments from the premade bin and hadn’t even look at the measurements I sent. Didn’t fit at all and when I emailed enquiring about what my options were they offered a discount code to remake them with the correct measurements (which would be exactly the same ones I sent originally). I spent over $300 on pieces I now have to either spend hundreds more getting altered or not wear them at all. They tried to tell me in their email that they made the pieces to fit my measurements but when something is 3-4 inches too long and 2-3 inches too wide it is impossible that they were made using the measurements...
