i have never ever made a google review about any business- however the experience i had here was ABSOLUTELY terrible. i will never come back to this salon. the only thing that was decent was the customer service- from everyone besides my nail tech. the nail tech hardly spoke to me- barely a hello. he was an older gentleman and was incredibly nonchalant about my nails. the left picture is the exact picture i showed him for reference of what i wanted- and he looked at it briefly one time and never asked to see it again for reference. my nails are thick and clunky looking-when i asked for thin and sharp looking. the reference picture and the end result are night and day. i got too nervous to ask the nail tech to redo the nails- he had already been struggling with the equipment prior to us finishing. he looked as though he was going to use an airbrush for the ombré, however he couldn’t get it to work- and instead used an extremely cheap sponge that left bits of sponge and a hole-y texture throughout the paint. it was so bad that when i was leaving, my friends nail tech (who was a younger gentleman who was extremely nice and did her nails perfectly to her reference photo) asked to see my nails and clearly looked appalled. i was so embarrassed that i could not ask for them to redo it. overall extremely unpleasant with a terrible end result. my nail tech was extremely rushed during my session and left me feeling terrible. i will never ever...

I've never made a review about a place before but I just could not stay quiet about how bad my experience here was. First off the place is not sterile or clean. At some point the nail artist doing my nails just bushed the tips onto the floor. As the other artists walked by they just kicked the tips under the furniture. But that isn't the worst thing. My nails were absolutely horrendous. All I asked for was plain white dip nails... I still can't wrap my head around how they messed up so bad. The nails were all different widths. They were all lumpy. They had a pink tint to them, caused by the powder of the red set they has taken off but never bothered to clean. ONE OF THE NAILS EVEN HAD A HAIR IN IT!!! Im jaw dropped by how bad they looked. Luckily I voiced that I did not like them and they were kind enough to have me not pay. (they offered to fix them but I had already been there for two hours and was late to school; And honestly I justed wanted to leave) . Even if i didn't have to pay, I now still have to walk around with UGLY nails until i can go to a different salon and pay them to take them off and hopefully give...

I have been going here the last few times and absolutely loved it but today was just so different, i called to make an appointment and when i got there i had to wait for another 30 minutes in the pedicure chair with cold water 1/4 full in the tub and the front desk lady (who already acted like i was inconveniencing her by my presence) walked over and said “what even was your name again” and the pedicure itself was hands down the worst pedicure i have ever gotten the stones were rubbed up and down 2 times and i had a cold wet towel rubbed on one of my legs once. then i get up to get my full set and get told it’ll be another 25 minutes at this point im confused on what the point of a appointment was. i got my nails done and i asked for chrome you can’t even tell there is chrome on them it just looks like white with a glossy top coat they look nothing like what i asked for and there is brush hair cured in my nails i am so...
